Ordered a Helios 1200/600 Watt IR bar heater with RC &WiFi
Ordered a Helios 1200 Watt IR bar heater for the bathroom with RC. Arrived promptly. I did have a slight problem which involved customer service who were responsive and courteous. The issue was dealt with very quickly. The heater works just fine in my 9' 9' bathroom. Quality heater.

Georgia made my experience AMAZING
Georgia made my experience almost perfect. I had a heating mirror for 3 weeks, its stopped working ( hence not 5 stars, the mirror not Georgia, she deserve 5 stars ! ) Anyhow, she was quick to help, she sent me a replacement controller which did'nt fix the problem, she then sent me a replacement mirror which i will use to send back the broken one. The girl was veyr super helpful and if this does get read, she deserves a raise !

Parcel has not been delivered
Parcel has not been delivered, and over a week on of chasing- complete silence from the customer service.

Hi Evgeniya. Firstly I'd like to apologise for the experience you have had with us. Having spoken to Customer Services, I understand that the courier has delivered the parcel, but you have not received it. We are awaiting word from the courier as to where they delivered it, and are still in the process of chasing this ourselves, as they have not yet come back to us. Given the circumstances, my colleagues in Customer Services will issue a refund for the order before we raise a claim with the courier for losing the parcel, so we limit the inconvenience to yourself. Great Customer Service
Contact this company direct by phone to ask a few questions about a 2.4kw infrared heater that I wanted to buy. Dee answered all the questions and was really helpful. Placed order with him. Would like to try the smaller version in due course.

Good helpful info before purchase. Quick delivery.

Excellent Service
After prompt delivery the infrared panel had a poor finish on the front of the unit. I contacted Surya Heating and got and almost immediate response from Georgia in Customer Services, that the panel would be collected and replaced as soon as possible. All done over a couple of days, very helpful indeed.

Phone query re fixing component
I had a complicated query about sourcing an additional fixing component for a ceiling mounted radiant panel previously delivered, and the telephone advice line was very good; my call was answered quickly, and the person who answered was able quickly to determine the catalogue number etc. of the component I needed, and was friendly and helpful to deal with.

I have purchased from Surya a couple of times and very happy with service, most recent is an infra red bar heater for a kitchen wall, it looks fresh and modern, the heat is good and the dogs love lying under it.

Surya panel heaters
The delivery and communication with the Surya staff was excellent but I was disappointed with the panel heater. It was very slow to heat the room though it was the recommended size for the area.

Spoke to Dee and he was very helpful…
Spoke to Dee and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and we sorted out what would be the best for my needs. We agreed a delivery date and it was delivered on time, by a good courier. Can't say about the products as they will not be installed for a couple of weeks.
UPDATE
Saturday 20th April 2024 installed the ceiling heaters and found some parts missing. E-mailed Dee about it
and on the Monday he informed me that a replacement pack would be sent out. They arrived on the Wednesday. excellent service.
