Their service is lightening fast the support team is super responsive and they treat every artist with respect. My music reached all major platforms without any hassle, and the entire experience has been amazing. If you want a trustworthy music distribution partner that truly support artist, dont think twice this is the one highly, highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. The customer support is poor and not helpful when issues arise. My song didn't appear on YouTube properly, and getting assistance was frustrating. The company has a big name, but the actual service doesn't match the reputation. I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this distribution company based on my experience.

I purchased a paid label subscription and initially had a positive experience. However, after payment, support responsiveness has significantly declined.

I have raised questions regarding copyright and phonogram metadata because my Spotify/Apple release displays:

while my understanding is that I retain ownership of my music. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received clarification.

The dashboard also contains bugs and usability issues that make release management difficult. Not even clearly explaining things, raising tickets are also of no use.

Additionally, SwaLay retains 15% of royalties, which is higher than several competing distribution services.

I am not alleging ownership issues, but paying customers deserve timely support and clear explanations regarding rights, royalties, and metadata.

I hope the company improves customer service and communication going forward.

Unfortunately, this is exactly the problem.

You have responded on Trustpilot within days, yet my repeated attempts through your official support channels—including phone calls, support emails, and multiple support tickets—have gone unanswered or unresolved.

Asking me to share my registered email again is not a solution. You should already have all the necessary information from the tickets I have raised.

My review was never about getting a generic public response. It was about the complete lack of meaningful customer support after payment, the absence of clear answers regarding copyright, phonogram metadata, royalties, and ownership, and the overall lack of transparency.

I will share my email once more, but if this results in another unanswered ticket or generic reply, it will only reinforce the concerns expressed in this review.

I hope your customer support becomes as responsive through official channels as it is on public review platforms.

Great experience with services, royalty provided on time. Overall recommended for a low cost and good experience.

No proper service & support.
No transparency in royalty.
Before joining the say royalty report and royalty amount will be after 2 months of the song release. After joining and 2 months of song release they say 3 months . After 3 months they say 4 months.
It's been 4 months still no royalty report data is not displayed.

There is updates on ticket raised for the same.

Also features mentioned in subscription plan are not fulfilled.

bad service and costumer service is also waste of time and they ruined my song release and also there's no refund for you even if you are cancel after 1 week they are idiot waste company

Kindly make songs possible to get released on youtube music platform also.

too late serices , publishing a track take 1 week , old distributor provides me under24 hrs services

I have not found any solution to my problem and your team has not helped me at all. I have been contacting you for the last two days and there is no reply. It is a completely useless site.
