Bueno, es una estafa brutal, las fotos muy chulas, alucinantes pero el resultado es Unha auténtica basura (iba a decir otra palabra pero igual me baneaban el comentario)...parece mentira por el precio...PORQUE ES MENTIRA. No tiréis el dinero.

I would give it 1 star but they get an extra one because I did not read the fine print. Basically you receive a piece of plastic with a jet printer printed image of the item you selected glued to the plastic. The base is nice though...

I received a product that advertized as a personal7zed gift. It was supposed to beca glass cat. I received 2D plastic cat with glued paper on it

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Purchased a product that was nothing like the advertised photos and was not even fit for its purpose. They refused to give me a full refund or allow me to return for a full refund even though I met all requirements in their return policy.

Scammed into believing i was going to receive something nice but got a cheap nasty bit of plastic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the biggest scam and fraud. I have reported this business to every organization. PayPal, visa and also government agencies as well. I ordered what the website advertised as a sculpture, the website clearly showing 3D image but instead I got a 2D piece of plastic.

I am so disappointed with the quality of this product! It looks so lovely and glossy/ crystal 3D in the images but it's flat, dull plastic. I'm so annoyed as this was meant to me a beautiful ornament in our shop. False representation. Very bad!

DONT BUT THERE THIS, IS PRINT 2D FLAT SHIT

If you are not careful enough, this website will fool you! The pictures look great, and the mementos look like they are in 3D. The description uses flowery language but at the bottom there is a small note saying the figure is 2D and not 3D. The quality is really bad, and absolutely not worth the money. We bought a gift for a triathlete with a triathlon themed memento that looked like metal in 3D, but what we got in the mail is a cheap plastic 2D picture. It's a total scam!

After waiting a month and a half I did not receive my order nor any information about delays. I had to consistently email this company only to find out that nothing has been shipped. I canceled my order and have yet to receive a refund. Don’t make a mistake by ordering from this website.

I bought what I thought to be a square trophy for a gift looked very different to the description on website. It is cheap looking and not worth the money. It is sticker on Perspex and in 2 D.

I ordered and payed for a personalised 40th birthday present from this company and after paying for the item that was it no update or contact at all and looks like another rip off sad really as on the photo the item looks lovely.

AVOID, This company. Awful, cheap and nasty business. Have no care about customer service once they have your money. Products are sent insecurely packaged, arrive in an awful and unusable state and then they refuse to provide you a refund, despite having a refund/return policy in place. All correspondence is via email and gets more rude each time, with a deluded expectation that I should be considering their losses - WHAT ABOUT MY LOSSES!!!!!!

This company is honestly a joke. I ordered my gift on the 9th of December, with the estimated arrival to come before Christmas day. I also ordered a different one for my boyfriend a week later, which arrived on Christmas Eve, however, my packed hadn't arrived.

I have been emailing back and forth and I got nothing from then. I then received an email about 5 week later saying my parcel is on the way. (Which I think they have quickly give out another one as I was asking for my money back). When my parcel came on the 17th January, it was all broken into parts. Not just one thing had broken, but the whole of the item wasn't even glued down together.

I emailed them videos of me opening the box and showing them that everything was damaged and it was all in fact broken. They emailed me back to ask if they can send another one out, by this point I am absolutely fed up with trying with them and it was a gift for my mother at Christmas, which 4 week later doesn't have the same meaning. So, I said no, I want a refund of my money. I have been waiting for so long and it has come broken. I then received an emailed asking if I can send a photo of the box and the label to them for system purposes. Absolute joke, considering I sent them videos of the actual product itself all broken, but they want a picture of a perfectly, undamaged box.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company. I am sick to death of emails being back and forth and I am getting absolutely no where with it.
