Really enjoying my experience with this service. The process of exchanging one coin for another is super easy and quick, the support team is actually helpful. Combined with good exchange conditions for multiple coins, it's rare to find a service that checks all these boxes so consistently!

This exchange service in my go-to when I need to swap my cryptocurrency. It has good selection of coins and tokens. Exchange goes quickly and profitably. I like that here I can exchange my coins without registration and delays. I fill in the application, send coins and exchanged coins go directly to my wallet. Five stars for SwapGate!

Came here based on a recommendation of a friend. Everything went smoothly. The swap was faster than I'm used to, the rate didn't "suddenly" change at the end of the swap. Got my coins in about 12 minutes without having to contact anyone in support to find out where my money is. Will use Swapgate again, hope the service stays this good!

Swapgate offers a wide range of different coins. I mostly exchange USDT, SOL, XMR. But sometimes I urgently need a specific coin that isn't in my wallet. In such cases, I can rely on Swapgate. There's a very high probability I'll find exactly what I need. Having one platform for all your exchange needs is incredibly convenient. The best part is that swapping can be done without registration or KYC.

I'd also like to mention the exchange rates and transaction speed - both are excellent. Although exchange speed often depends on blockchain load, I've been lucky enough to avoid any delays. All my transactions go through quickly and smoothly.

SwapGate advertises itself as a non-KYC exchange, but my experience was the complete opposite. After I sent a BTC transaction, they suddenly marked it as “via darknet” and claimed it required full KYC, which directly contradicts their marketing. I have nothing to do with darknet I bought my BTC From local trader and I am not responsible for full history of coins, I ask them 100 times to just cancel and refund my transaction they they think It's from legit source.
Even after complying and providing what they asked for, the exchange was never completed. Instead, they kept delaying, giving vague responses, and dragging the process out for over 10 days with no resolution. During this time, my funds were locked with no clear explanation or timeline.
This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Promising no KYC, then forcing KYC after receiving funds, and still not completing the transaction raises serious trust concerns. It honestly feels like they are intentionally stalling to hold or take users’ money.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful and not trust the “non-KYC” claims made by SwapGate. I will take legal action against them as they are trying to cheat and eat user money.

My first experience with this exchange's support was exceptional. I had a problem due to my own error, but the team's quick and helpful response was a welcome surprise. It's clear they value their customers, and I'm very grateful for the excellent assistance.

I've used this service again to exchange Monero. The process was timely, the terms were exactly what I expected, and I appreciate the platform's consistency. It performs its function well.

Funds held without refund – denied swap and forced KYC

I tried to use SwapGate to exchange BTC for another coin. The transaction was stopped because the BTC were allegedly "linked to darknet markets." I received no service, and now they refuse to refund unless I complete KYC.

I want to make it clear: I received the BTC through a legitimate transaction. I am not responsible for the full transaction history of those coins, and I am not involved in any illegal activity.

SwapGate has no legal right to hold my funds permanently if no swap was completed and no law was broken.

This behavior feels deceptive – their website says "no KYC," but in reality, they can block your funds and demand personal documents. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values privacy or fairness.

Случайно при обмене продублировался перевод на реквизиты обменного пункта, после чего мой обмен был успешно обработан, а транзакция, что была отправлена подряд на ту же сумму туда же, с теми же данными осталась у обменника. Вместо адекватного урегулирования вопроса поддержка на почте тянет время, отвечает очень редко и просит пройти проверку AML/KYC, непонятно касаемо чего именно? Средства отправлены с одного кошелька подряд. Транзакция, которая участвовала в обмене, успешно обработана (никак не смутила администрацию), а при просьбе вернуть по ошибке отправленные средства, которые не участвуют в обмене (оферте/договоре между сторонами), потребовалась почему-то проверка, хотя она никак и ничем не обоснована. Время тянут. Я предоставила документы, но как я понимаю, администрация просто не хочет мирно урегулировать вопрос. Если ответов адекватных не последует, я дополню свой отзыв, а также обращусь везде, где достану. Спасибо за ранее, надеюсь на вашу вменяемость!

Почему-то спрашивают меня о новой транзакции. Идентификатор, который мне отправили, даже не существует в блокчейне Stellar. По всей видимости, тянут время до момента, пока курс просядет.
