I had rated this casino 5 stars, but that was before I tried to redeem my winnings. I've been verified my account is verified, but for some reason. My redemption isn't even Begun yet. And it's been about a week. So hopefully someone will recognize some of the messages that I've left and put my redemption in progress will update soon.

This casino is a scam. It doesn't pay out. You'll get a bot named Amber no matter what time day or night claiming to be human. They've been giving me the run a round for a week. I suggest you play at Pulsz Casino. I've won thousands.

Redemption has been pending for 4 days. The AI agent Amber keeps telling me it’s prioritized as an urgent “emergency” withdrawal. It’s still pending days later with 0 email communication. I’m starting to think they won’t honor the payout even though I’m already verified and requested a payout card.

I’ve been enjoying SweepNext for a while now. The selection of slots from providers like Relax and Octoplay is excellent, and the UI is very smooth. I especially like the Daily Mega Spin for free SC and GC. Verification was straightforward, and while redemptions aren't instant, the site is definitely legitimate.

There communication is grate still waiting on my redemption. Iv been dealing with Michael Baxter and he has been great. I would of gave it 5 starts but it's been over a week waiting for my payout.

I would be giving it a 4 star rating at least if not for the terribly optimized website. I could be stuck trying to click the daily and 5 other offers will pop up while doing so which all lag because I am still waiting on the first. Typically just exit completely when that happens because its extremely annoying.

Beyond the UI, they do have quite a bit of games and are very generous with free SC and other daily gifts. It really isnt a crap casino at all but man that UI needs work. BIG TIME.

So far so good as far as sweeps casinos go. Trying had to get my first big win! I know my friend has cashed out quite a bit and they said its always fast

*after multiple communications w/ support Jennifer asked for my bank info @3:06 so my fingers r still crossed they will honor the redemption
2/5 they refused to deposit into my bank account or push a card due to their payout company so they forced me to take the payout card which I was able to spend online anywhere and they gave me 20 free spins at $.20 lol I guess all in all they made up for it but I won’t play there anymore just because I feel the only reason they ever answered me. Was this review. They also asked me to leave a good review. I told them I didn’t leave a bad one just a factual one.

Had an issue on wait times around cash out. Jennifer did a great job being thorough and following through. Changed my perception on this site.

Chat support is literally an AI bot that says the same shit every single time and when you make it try to give you a real person you will never get one. Still absolutely no real contact and 6 days counting with still pending approval on a measly $125 redemption.

So I send a redemption request in coupon days ago and it said verified. You cannot reach customer service or contact them in any way via website or app… it’s pretty frustrating.
