Sweet Factory Ireland Reviews

Rapid delivery and made even sweeter with the green bag promo

Super fast delivery, fresh sweets, great variety

I'm a big fan of sweet factory sweets and have bought them in bricks and mortar shops on many an occasion
as a treat. This time I decided to order a number of custom bags of jellies direct from source. While it was flagged it could take a number of working days to fulfill the order and get it delivered, in 2022 it has become normal for companies to exceed the timelines (usually 24 to 72 hours later you will have the product). It was almost a week before I received the order. Given I had hoped to share some at a party, it was disappointing that the picking and delivery times were not quicker. The sweets are lovely, but if delivery times were better it would be a higher rating.

My friends bought myself and my boyfriend a big box of different sweets from you recently as a house warming gift and to say they are the nicest sweets we've ever had would be an understatement!!

Excellent service. Delivered so quick. Will be ordering again in the near future. The sweets are delicious

Great selection at affordable prices kept me up to date on my order.

The order arrived really quickly! Unfortunately I received an incorrect item but I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Sean in Sweet Factory who resolved the issue for me! Thanks Sean!

Wow! First time using & I am overwhelmed! Ordered 2 of the pick & mix vegan bags with photo/message on & 1 box of 4 bags of pick & mix. Delighted with what I received & how quickly. Absolutely gorgeous- will definitely use again & one of the people I bought for is also going to use! LOVE that you can personalise the bags.

Quick delivery- came in 2 days. Great choice of sweets, I couldn't find the same choice of pick n mix sweets anywhere else. Recipient was very happy with their delivery!

website so easy to use, great choice you can pick your own sweets and super fast delivery i ordered mine wednesday evening of easter week which would be so busy and they were on my doorstep at 9:30am on good friday that is so fast, presentation was amazing i got one of the Easter Boxes, highly recommend will definitely buy from again.

Bought 800g sweets and the packet doesn't seal the closing seal is broken . Haeve submitted complaint online & instagram but no response. How poor is the customer service?

It was so easy to order exactly what I wanted and the items turned out perfectly.

Great sweets, quick delivery!

Really dissapointing service. Was supposed to be a gift, they sent parcel early, forgot to include the card so recipient didn’t know who it was from and they included an invoice with a the cost

Brilliant, super fast shipping, delicious sweets, everything I ordered, the sticker design is gorgeous as it was a gift. Delighted!!!!!

Ordered a few days ago and just arrived, bag filled to the brim! Delighted with it!

I bought these sweets as a gift for my sister in law. She says they were well packaged and she loved the sweets. Quick delivery too. Many thanks
