Just watched one of your managers treat a homeless lady worse than a dog when all she was asking for was water. Treat your fellow humans like you'd like to be treated, it honestly made me feel sick the way he dismissed her when she was being completely respectful and someone was buying her food.

I wish I could leave a great review, but unfortunately, my experience with Sweetgreen was nothing short of frustrating.
It all started when I placed a large $400 order online for Tuesday. However, the website kept defaulting back to Monday. Unknowingly, my order went through for the wrong day. Upon realizing this, I immediately started a chat with customer service to simply change the date—but they couldn’t. Instead, I was told I had to cancel and reorder. What would have happened if the order wasn’t available when I tried again? No idea.
I canceled and attempted to reorder, but the site wouldn’t allow me to place another order. Still in the chat, I was then told to go to the store to order in person. So I drove there, waited in line, and asked to place the order for the following day. What happened next completely shocked me.
The employee’s response? "We don’t have paper and pen to take an order." I was floored. I explained that I was sent there because they also can’t take orders over the phone. When I asked for a manager, he came over, and I explained the entire situation again. His solution? He would try the website himself. I thought, Great! Some actual help! But instead, he disappeared for a minute, came back, and told me nothing was wrong with the site—that I’d just have to do it myself. No effort. No assistance.
Please don’t respond with a generic "Sorry for the inconvenience" because it’s clear that no effort was made to help me. With only three people in the store during lunch, I guess they had already made enough money for the day. If this weren’t for my team, I would have walked out and never returned.
I’ve worked in customer service since I was a teenager, and this was a failure on every level. If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. Sweetgreen, do better!
SWEETGREENS I Am A Fan
I recently went to the sweet green's in the short North in Columbus.And I'm not really a person who likes organic food stuff like that.But I have to admit that was the best Caesar Kale salad.I've ever had in my life so I gotta give SWEETGREENS there props for that.It was very pleasantlysurprisely great all the way around. And the team is very nice and friendly. I loved Madison and Bryon they are always smiling.

I'm utterly appalled by the recent experience I had at the Montvale Sweetgreen. I ordered a Salmon meal, only to find that the main ingredient, the SALMON, was missing. This is an inexcusable oversight, especially considering the limited time I had for lunch.
The customer service was equally frustrating. Navigating their phone system was a nightmare, forcing me to resort to their website to resolve the issue. The offered resolution, a measly $20 credit, is a slap in the face.
I'm left feeling disappointed, hungry, and incredibly frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering Sweetgreen to think twice. This location is a prime example of poor management and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible online delivery experience
Terrible online delivery experience - both site & POS not working apparently. Tried for over an hour to place an order for a work event. Grubhub said they couldn't process order because Sweetgreens' POS is not working. No way to reach anyone at Sweetgreens - the auto menu directs you to text their "customer experience team" but all that does is give you a canned "we open at 10am" message. No way to get any online or human help. Tried ordering online directly, but there is no option to schedule a future delivery, despite this being promised on their home page. Based on this experience, either Sweetgreens is either utterly incapable of delivering on their promise, or simply doesn't care about their customers. As a result, what should have been a simple transaction has turned into a nightmare of frustration. Once I figure how to salvage this event, I will not trust Sweetgreens ever again.

Delicious salads and quick service. Able to order ahead for a later pick-up time which makes it a nice option for lunch at the office.

Failure
First off it was 2:30pm and the place wasn’t busy. There was no line. The two people behind the counter didn’t seem very interested in serving me. I thought they may be closed. Anyway I asked for a Crispy Rice Bowl. The woman turned around and started tossing leaves in a bowl. I asked to add arugula. As if it were a bother she turned and threw a thong full of greens back into the bin. I asked to just add the arugula. She just continued. I realize I wasn’t going to be able to customize it my way so I said stop and I left the restaurant. Surely a few cents worth of lettuce on a $15 salad wasn’t going to break the bank. Ill go to Chipotle or Cava where it’s not a bother to make changes.

I was at the new location of the store in Peabody Massachusetts. I had observed that the management at the store was very poor. There was a manager name Oscalina Gonzalez who was yelling at a crew member on how the lettuce had to be serviced, instead of showing her. This manager name Oscalina Gonzalez needs to go back to a management class. It was very embracing what the crew member had experienced. In the end, I didn't want to order anything from that store. I felt sorry for this young girl who was in tears.
