Great customer service with fast delivery
I had an issue with my order online but I used the form online to contact Sweet Squared, they replied the following day saying there was a technical issue that had been sorted. I placed my order the following day and received my items the next day. Wrapped carefully and all order fulfilled.

Absolutely unecessary! I joined the website and 3 days later received a hige cardboard box with tons of paper stuffing and a tiny packet of sweets?

As a welcome gesture, we normally send new customers a small treat when they join us, as a way of showing our appreciation. Unfortunately, it appears our system mistakenly triggered this gift to be sent without an accompanying order and we sincerely apologise for the error.
Regarding the packaging, we understand your concerns. We carefully select packaging that is fully recyclable and designed to provide appropriate protection for our products while avoiding materials such as bubble wrap. Many of our customers appreciate this approach, although we recognise that in this instance the packaging may have seemed excessive given the contents.

My order didn’t turn up and I spoke…
My order didn’t turn up and I spoke with Safhia and she was brilliant in trying to sort the issue out. Unfortunately a colour I had ordered was now out of stock so I then had to choose another. My delivery turned up yesterday but unfortunately 1 of the colours in my order was missing so I am going to have to make another call on Monday but I am also sure that they will be able to sort it for me as I have every faith in their customer service.
I have called the team today (Monday) and just as I thought the customer service was brilliant. My colour has already been despatched and will be with me tomorrow. Sweet Squared’s staff are brilliant.

They always have stock, been using them since 2002 when it was cnd and continued when sam and Samuel took over and changed to sweet squared. There just getting better and selling more brands which is great 👍
