I feel scammed
I feel scammed. I bought due to the low price. In your website it is said that items are randomly checked in customs. This is not true, your own shipping company DHL is doing the customs dispatch so there is no way the item can avoid custom clearance. On top, the item is stuck in customs because you did not provide CE Mark documents. I have requested it 3 days ago and I am still waiting. The item will not arrive on time for the date I needed it. I would like the full refund, including shipping back, of the item since you did not accomplish your commitment.

We sorry to making you worry. By DHL tracking record, your parcel was delivered on time., it take less than 5 working days for whole shipment process.
We would like to delivery your product smooth and safe in legal way. Your parcel was shipped by DHL express.
Our website mentions the parcel maybe opened by random inspection of custom officers. But custom clearance is compulsory for shipping to Spain. DHL is providing full service including custom clearance, but sorry that there is a delay on the documents submit due to public holiday.
Sorry again for the inconvenience caused. Hope you can enjoy the product.

SCAM!!!! Be ALERT
I purchased a Yaman M20 HKMAX for $724.38 USD on June 19th, 2021 and received the device on June 25, 2021. The device has a 1 year warranty.
WITHIN 4 month, the product dysfunction after using it several times. On October 9th, 2021, the device stop working. I reported the issue to Sweetuskin because it purchased the device from Sweetuskin. I was informed to deliver the device to China to repair. I informed the representative that the shipping fee will be above $50USD and they said they do not prepaid prepaid shipping label.
Why is the customer being charge for a product that needs to be repaired when it is Sweetuskin’s responsibility? They pushed their responsibility to Yaman.

The Yaman M20-HK MAX RF that you brought is under 12 months warranty and the repairing service is provided by Hong Kong supplier. Sweetuskin can help in collecting the product and send to the repairing center for our customer.
We received your enquire about the one of the function, EMS was claimed malfunction. After checking the video you provided, the supplier found it's difficult to determine the defect, we suggested you ship the products for a full checking and arrange repairing if any defect was found. Unfortunately you declined.
Sweetuskin provide 24 hours exchange service after you received the product. We are sorry that we cannot offer product exchange nor free shipping for a product being used after 3 months. Please let us know if you want to proceed the repairing process. We are always willing to assist once we see the product.
