I was on a good winning streak up to £900 until i was blocked as they wanted more documents this after being with them for 6 months or so. Couldn't do anything on the site but leave messages on supposed live chat which isn't live it's a bot. Took days to answer live chat and after many messages left on chat and telling them it felt like a scam site they miraculously got back to me with a crappy message telling me there was no need to talk like that. I was then allowed to play again and for some strange reason my luck had changed and poof the winnings were gone, couldn't get a decent bonus or win. I know losing is all part of gambling and i accept it when it happens as i can afford to lose luckily enough.I have now closed my account and am probably going to report to the gambling commision. Please swift don't leave a comment asking me to contact customer support for a chat like the other comments you've left on here because i don't have that much time spare! I'll continue on my other sites which have support if needed...
I'd advise playing somewhere else....

Asked for a withdrawal over a month ago. They say it won’t withdraw to my Apple Pay and that I must send very sensitive bank information to them instead.

About 2 weeks ago I won 1k and withdrew, then checked on pending transactions the next day and my withdrawal had disappeared, I contacted them and got a reply a few days later saying it would be sorted then heard nothing since but today I have received the funds finally, be very wary not sure I will use again

I have deposit £1500 and then I try to bet but was not allowed and instructed me to contact their Live Chat (Safe Gambling Team). They went through lots of questions and then set up a limit of £1000 to my account where the extra £500 they say will refund back to me. It seems all ok to me at that time. Then I start playing and won £1200 which made my account to have a balance of £2200 and I was going to withdraw some part of the money but then it ask me to upload Proof of Identity + Debit Card which was used to deposit the funds … I did whatever they requested along with my proof of address and evidence of my salary. Then I start contact their Live Chat but no one responding and even send them emails … No one is responding at all … I don’t know will I get my money back but honestly please STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I don’t know why they can still have their license running when so many complaints are made against them … I’m sure people aren’t making stories …

Honestly an absolute scam. No request to provide any documents upon depositing or even signing up. Happy to let you play without any verification but now my withdrawal has been pending non stop and the live chat is a robot that doesn’t answer any of your issues. Email has been ignored. No one to speak to. Not likely anyone will get their money out. AVOID

So hearing people say they don’t pay out I had to write a review to say otherwise… my son won £15000 and although it took a few weeks to finally get paid out they came up trumps and paid all monies… I can only assume you’ve entered into a wager bonus to not getting a withdrawal because it proves they are legit and DO pay out many thanks SWIFT my son is so happy

Scammed me out of £1600 pounds won’t pay out I’ve provided all the documents they keep declining them won’t give me a refund they have stole £600 and owe me £1600

I set up an account with swift casino and deposited 650 pounds I decided to close game and make a withdrawal for the remaining 424 pounds but then got a pop up message saying I needed to chat with them regarding safer gambling but I tried to chat and then use the email to contact them but I seem to be frozen unable to withdraw my money and no way to contact them. I would really say avoid this site at all costs if you deposit expect to not get any money back I am now going to have to go to gambling commission and start a long process to try and sort my problem out I have taken screen shots of my balance in case they lock me out of my account please use other sites and don’t be fooled like I have been.

Und man sollte nach Einzahlungen den Kontostand prüfen. Da landet schnell mal eine Einzahlung ohne Bonus trotzdem auf dem Bonuskonto.

Somit war auch keine Auszahlung möglich nach etwa 8 Einzahlungen, welche ohne Angebot gemacht wurden. Bei der letzten wollte ich abbrechen :-) dann wurden sogar Peanuts noch schnell gesichert.

Dont play on this casino, it has no customer support.. Expect at least 14days respond time, also if your a Vip customer there is no support. They are sending deposit bonus notifications out on email. When you log on to site there is no bonus to be found. Play at mrgreen or other casinoes with an actual support function. This site is as bad as it gets.

Just signed up. Opt'd out of the bonus and deposited. Still given me a bonus. No option to remove bonus. Very dodgy practise

No response to request to remove the bonus. Will be withdrawing and closing account
