Swimclub Reviews

Brilliant quality snug at an unbelievable price! Communication from Dan whilst placing the order was top notch as was the service. Cant recommend enough!

Fast shipping, top quality product

Order finally arrived but it was the incorrect size eventhough they said the order was updated before it was sent. Sent a couple of emails since but again no response from swimclub. No names or contact numbers provided. Very frustrating to deal with.

Good customer service

Quick delivery and really pleased with the changing robe - sizing is spot on and it’s so cosy ☺️

Got my order in less than 24 hours, quality is amazing, definitely follow the size guide.

Wetsuit works so well for sea swimming in the winter! Good value too, would definitely recommend:)

Excellent product and very timely delivery

A pleasure shopping from Swim club. I wanted a last minute Christmas present but was worried I'd left it too late to arrive in time, so I emailed to check. They came back to me within the hour, I ordered it and it arrived the next day! I had a very happy relative on Christmas Day. Highly recommend to all

I ordered and received my swim jacket within 3 days after I added a note to say I was hoping to have it for my 1st winter sea dip. Thanks so much for that extra good customer support! The jacket is a great addition for a cold sea dip and so easy to put on and remove and rinse out afterwards.

I ordered the swimclub snug and it is the best thing. Super soft inside and warm. I wear it daily because I don't want to wear another jacket. It is the perfect length and not to bulky while still being roomy (ordered S. I am 1.68m, XS/S). Fast delivery including an extra tote bag. Will definitely buy more from the brand.

Easy access to website. Option for discount. Prompt delivery. Exact item that I ordered and love the bag for storage

Very prompt delivery....I haven't tried the boots or the gloves yet...but as soon as weather is suitable I will be in the water ..

Delighted with my wetsuit and the free tote bag was an added bonus.

I decided late(very late) on what I could get for my wife for Christmas, I ordered a few bits late at night on the 22nd and sent a message explaining the urgency. The guys got back to me so quickly, it was picked, packed and dispatched and delivered on the morning of the 24th.
Amazing service, the quality of the Snug and the shorty wetsuit is superb.
Great job guys and thanks again.

To date, I’ve bought 5 of the Swim Club snugs with my first being well over two years ago. The quality of my original is like new despite regular use. Each one I’ve gifted to friends & family since has been of equal quality and everyone is thrilled with theirs. The colours stand out and the warmth & comfort are amazing. I’d highly recommend Swim Club products. Customer service was great when discussing sizes and everything was delivered quickly. Great business & a great experience overall.

Great product but need to return as too small & no one is responding to my emails asking where to return to & what the process is!

I bought gloves at Gifted which were the wrong size. Dan got back promptly and said he will send the larger size. I offered to return the original pair but he said I could keep them and find a good home for them. Very much appreciated and great customer relations. Helen

Great product, super fast delivery and a gorgeous free canvas bag. A nice little added touch !
