SWISCO has literally saved me thousands of dollars for certain! They were quick and efficient in helping me to select the correct parts for my window so that I could repair it myself. Now that I have done one successfully, I will be ordering the parts for the remaining windows that need to be done - approximately 7 or more! Thank you so much SWISCO!

Swisco had the products I needed at a fare price and reasonable shipping costs. Everyone I talked to was very supportive and kind. They have real concern that their customers are getting the parts they need in the first order.

Have Slocomb windows and needed a pivot bar. Slocomb sent me replacements but were to wrong bars.

SWISCO had a picture that looked close enough, part 26-398, and matched Slocomb pivot bar exactly.

Faster and accurate.

I needed to replace a casement window operator that had a stripped window crank gear (not the official name for it, I'm sure).
1. They responded to my email requesting more info on shipment pricing in a reasonable amount of time ( not over 2 days).
2. The part arrived well packaged and brand new. It was the exact part I needed for my casement window. I tried for several hours trying to find this part on Amazon but was unable to find one with the same arm measurements and offset.
3. The part installed perfectly. The screw holes alligned exactly as the previous part. The length of the arms were also correct.
Window operates perfectly again.
Even though I had limited contact with Swisco Inc, I felt that they were responsive to me in a timely manner. Also, the part and shipping cost were comparable if not better than Amazon. I would order again from Swisco, Inc.

For the longest time (many years in the looking out honestly) searching the parts for my double hung windows, but I just couldn't find any shops . Finally, I stumbled across this SWISCO site. Wow, they have all the detailed parts I've been looking for and the technicians are great help, such as Mathew, is very prompt and helpful. This is my go-to shop related to window parts!

I have been looking for new hardware for a very old Vetter crank out window and SWISCO has bern helping me through the process.. The staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.. I’m happy to be working with them ..

I should have looked up reviews of them before buying from them. They sold a product (a doorknob) labeled as 2" diameter, but it's actually 2.25" diameter. When I tried to return it on this basis, they asked me to prove it was bigger than they said before they would process the return. I cut into the packaging, took photographs, etc, and then they told me they wouldn't process the return because it was "only aesthetic". Having a mislabeled product is one thing, giving me the runaround and reducing my ability to resell the product is another entirely.

As I look through their reviews, I'm noticing they falsely advertise the size of their products on a regular basis. This is a trend with the company. For a company that makes returns so difficult, you would think they would put effort into getting the dimensions right at least so customers can get the product they think they're getting. But they have a much more scammy business model than that.

I would advise anybody to not purchase from this place. They do not have any sense of responsibility to their customers at all. And the product they sold was the same as what is available at your local big name hardware store.

title:Defective out of the box and customer service refuses to replace it!
I ordered a lockset from Swisco and it was Defective out of the box. Customer service refuses to replace it. It arrived with one of the manufacturing rivets “popped out” of the plate. Despite this being an obvious factory defect with pictures to support our claim - customer service has refused to replace the part and it is incredibly disappointing To receive broken hardware and no support.
The installer said if we don’t get a new faceplate with rivet the lockset will fail rapidly with use because of the stress on the one existing upper rivet. It’s bad enough we have to pay him to come back but I can’t even get them to send me the replacement part.
Today I was told that the lock set isn’t appropriate for our door but when I went to the website, it clearly said that it was OK for doors up to 1 3/8 inch thick and ours is only one and 1/8 thick. Additionally, the locket was installed and works beautifully, but without the rivet, the vibration is going to loosen the plate. We just want the correct hardware sent out.

The response I got was inaccurate.
The website specifically says lockset will work in doors up to 1 3/8” I forwarded that to the company.
The lockset works beautifully in the door. It arrived with one of the faceplate rivets out. We have been asking for a new faceplate with the divers in tact since August 10. We have provided photos for documentation. The replies never change no matter what proof we send. We didn’t break anything. It was a manufactures defect I need the part with both rivets

A great company to do business with. They were truly the only company I found that had the part I needed and at a reasonable price. They went out of their way to satisfy me when one part was defective sending me a replacement free of charge. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend them to anybody who is looking for replacement parts.

Very helpful. Excellent customer service. Assisted with selection of proper window sash parts then sent a video of exactly how to change out broken parts. Received updated emails after parts were ordered and shipped. Would recommend SWISCO 100%.

Never changed 'coil balancers' before but, getting the right parts and a little help I believe his name was Matt got everything installed and the window works great, also fast shipping. Good honest company! Thanks Gary

I ordered 2 left hand Truth Hardware Entryguard casement operators. One of them was exactly as specified and shown in the online catalogue. The other was not. I wished to return incorrect operator back for the specified operator. The company refused and insisted that I did not know what I was doing and needed to just 'try harder'! Finally grew tired of emailing and talking customer service and scratched my next order and just placed it with another company.

This SWISCO "store" is a complete cheating and a robbery. The products I have purchased here are of extremely low quality and do not match the actual dimensions of the original parts for your windows.
I do not recommend that anyone make a deal with this "store" SWISCO.

I purchased the "Coil Housing Pivot 15-087" part, which actually does not match the dimensions of the original "Coil Housing Pivot" part, installed on my windows.

I also have purchased a “6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance” which I received without the "Mounting Bracket 16-024".

I also have purchased the "Mounting Bracket 16-024" separately, but then it turned out that even the "Mounting Bracket 16-024" is sold without a screw, and I also have to buy the screw separately.

And for every order you pay for shipping, which you receive after 10-14 days.

After 14 days I requered to return all these garbages I purchased from this "store", but:
* They don't refund the money I paid for this garbage, saying: "After 30 days, you'll receive store credit applied to your SWISCO account"
* They don't refund the shipping charges.
* They even don't provide a free return label.

And I have wrote to them:
You have charged my personal money from two different accounts of mine, and you MUST return my money to the accounts from which you charged it.
I have informed you that by your this abnormal style of your bussines, I want completely change my windows and do not purchase anything from your store, ever again, and I do not need your SWISCO credit account.
You will return my money to my two accounts from which you robbed me.

But, ultimately, they deceived and robbed me.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ For a true and fair business, it would be better and more correct to sell the "6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance" for $5.62 as a complete set, along with the "Mounting Bracket" and "Screw", rather than selling it separately for $4.57.

"6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance": $4.57 + "Mounting Bracket": $0.75 + "#8 x 3/8" SS Pan Head Philips Screw": $0.30 = $5.62

And at the same time, you continue to sell these parts separately as well, since other customers may have to buy them separately.

I contacted SWISCO for what should have been a simple coil replacement, but the process became unnecessarily complicated due to poor customer support.
Replies took about 4 days each, and my questions about compatibility were not properly addressed. I was repeatedly advised to use two coils (3.5 lb + 4.5 lb) per side to replace my original 8 lb coils—an approach that was clearly incompatible with my single-coil setup and would have unnecessarily doubled the cost.
The explanations provided were unclear and did not directly address my concerns. In the end, I had to verify everything myself, weigh the sash (~16 lbs), and determine the correct solution. I installed a single 9 lb coil per side, and it worked perfectly.
Shipping costs were also relatively high compared to the price of small parts (e.g., about $6 shipping for a low-cost item). While that might be acceptable with good support, the combination of high shipping costs and slow, unclear guidance made the overall experience frustrating.
Overall, I had to rely on my own research to complete what should have been a straightforward repair. If I need similar replacement parts in the future, I will look for other sources instead.

This company is nothing but outstanding. Have always had the parts I've needed. Have purchased twice now with excellent results. If you've got those older builder-grade tilt windows this is the place. Plus their YouTube videos are great. Thanks
