Can not track any parcel. Load of rubbish

All good no problems & delivered on day on time.

zero effort made by driver to deliver, zero interest by swiship.co.uk as they have no way to contact them, seem to be used by amazon drop shippers, if an online retailers using them, don't buy from them, you'll regret it.

Although I was at home, the package was simply left outside my neighbor's door and marked as delivered. It was not protected from the weather and was clearly visible from the street.

J'ai commandé un colis pour un lampe frontale sur un site internet qui n'est pas Amazon et ils ont choisi Amazon shipping pour la livraison ( par ailleurs je ne savais pas que Amazon livré d'autres colis que les leurs ) donc une fois livraison commencé sur le site internet ou j'ai commandé on me fourni juste un numéro de suivi de commande mais rien d'autre , pas de suivi en temps réel et surtout pas le nom du transporteur !
Après avoir galère longtemps sur internet j'arrive à savoir grâce au nombre de chiffres et de lettres que c'est Amazon shipping qui doit me livré, je vais sur leur site internet et j'arrive à avoir enfin le suivi de ma commande, mais le jour de la livraison alors que j'étais chez moi il est marqué livraison indisponible car absence du client ! Et le lendemain malheureusement je travaillais , Heureusement que ma voisine était là quand le livreur est arrivé et a pu récupérer le colis car aucun moyen de communiquer mon numéro de téléphone au transporteur , bref une galère...mais au moins comparé à d'autres j'ai eu mon colis ! ( grâce à ma voisine et pas à Amazon ! )

Tracking photo shows the item I ordered has been left in a bin labelled “parcels”. I have no idea where this bin is but it isn’t at the delivery address. The delivery address is a business and many staff were in at time of delivery stated on tracker so unsure why it wasn’t delivered there. No updates on delivery either.

Just left the parcel at door at the door and ran away

I missed your delivery yesterday but how could I rearrange another day for the delivery?

I was expecting a package from a brand I'm working with and received a shipping confirmation from them indicating it would be delivered on the 13th. The 13th came and went with no sign of the parcel so I checked the tracking and found it had been delivered on the 12th and left "behind garbage bin" and no photo of the delivery location was present for me to see (we were in all day on the 12th and 13th and no-one knocked on the door).
I immediately went out to check and there was nothing behind any of our bins.
I contacted the brand and asked if they had any info regarding the shipping and was told that it had been left 'in' the bin...
I checked and it was inside the bin in an inch of water beneath the other nondescript cardboard my wife had thrown out.
I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a delivery person who doesn't know how knocking on doors works or who doesn't know the difference between "behind" and "in" the bin.
To any delivery people who may read this: Putting parcels in a bin, should not be standard practice especially when said bin has water in it and you have no idea what's in the package. Mine was electronics that thankfully survived, but just try being less shit at your job, maybe?

Es wird angegeben, dass das Paket an einen Nachbarn zugestellt wurde. Keine Benachrichtigung im Briefkasten, kein Hinweis bei welchem Nachbarn es angeblich liegt, sind ja nur 8 Etagen.
Bei den Nachbarn ist nix angekommen.
Zum angeblichen Lieferzeitpunkt war ich zu Hause, niemand hat auch nur versucht zu klingeln.
Nachforschungen/ Kontaktaufnahme ist so gut wie unmöglich.

Swiship ist sehr unseriös! Paket als zugestellt deklariert, aber ich habe keins erhalten.

Just left my parcel at a random house not even close by. Useless delivery company.

Très mauvaise expérience. Mon colis n’a jamais été livré, alors que le livreur a indiqué le contraire. La seule “preuve” fournie est une photo prise sur un chantier, qui n’a rien à voir avec mon adresse !
Je n’ai reçu aucun appel, aucun avis de passage, et aucun message pour un retrait en point relais.
J’ai fait une réclamation.
Ce colis était un cadeau pour l’anniversaire de mon fils, et à cause de cette erreur, il n’a rien reçu à temps.
Service client inefficace et aucune solution proposée.
Je déconseille fortement ce service : manque de sérieux et aucune prise en compte du client.

Eine junge Frau die kein Wort Deutsch gesprochen hat klingelte bei mir unten am Haus ich hatte sie gesehen, habe sie ins Haus gelassen bestimmt 20 Minuten oben an der wohnungstür gewartet, niemand ist gekommen und drei Stunden später bekomme ich eine Nachricht ich hätte das Paket angenommen 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Niemand im Haus hat das Paket für mich angenommen, im Verlauf kann man sich an ein Foto angucken wo das Paket angeblich abgegeben wurde und da ist ein Foto von dem klingelschild des Hauses zu sehen, was für ein schwachsinn Punkt was soll mir das sagen, dass sie mein Paket draußen vor der haustür irgendwo abgelegt hat wo es sich jeder hätte mitnehmen kann? Oder bedeutet es nur dass die sich die Pakete einfach selber einstecken? Und ich soll jetzt nachweisen dass ich das Paket nicht bekommen habe? Soll ich ein Foto von der leeren Stelle machen wo es hätte liegen sollen? Was ist das für ein schrottverein?

I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately the I never received the package. The company uses Amazon logistics/SwisShip to ship their items which are unfortunately useless if you have a commercial/business address as they cant be bothered delivering it. Delivery was attempted FIVE times during business hours apparently, but we never saw the delivery person. Also you cannot contact the Swisship logistics company at all.. there is no phone number and their email doesn't work.. sounds like a fake company to me.
So here I am 2 weeks after purchasing the item, $160 they still have and I still don't have any earbuds... BE WARNED >:( Definitely don't recommend buying anything that uses Swisship. !!!!!!!!!! extra exclamation marks because I'm still pissed off.

This company is trash, I ordered through Shein, just a pair of shoes. I never got my order. It still says delivered, and Shein finds it easier to just refund money. Idk who I could contact or if there is someone to contact. My order says it was delivered on a Sunday at the time that I am normally up. No package was in site, The should no longer be in business

Terrible . It told me that would be delivered for the last two days. Now it says waiting for details. You can't get any truthful cooperation. Called the company . They said wait a couple days and call us back. I told them I do not want swiship to deliver my orders. Period. What a waste of my time
