Delivery photo shows package has been put "safely" in someone's bin despite me being in all day to receive it.

No clue as to the location of this bin. Complete joke of a company, would advise anyone not to use for their small business or as a delivery choice as a customer.

I ordered a £150 dehumidifier and instead received a £15 sleeping bag. They had clearly just put the label on the wrong parcel as it said it weighed 10kg, so clearly not a sleeping bag.I tried calling the number on their website but it cut off.
I managed to get a response on email, which said the seller had sent the wrong item. When I pointed out the company doesn't sell sleeping bags I was just told there was nothing they could do and I have to sort it out with the seller.

2 Eero routers were sent to me via Amazon Logistics using swiship tracking. When the package arrived, I opened it up to find pampers baby wipes and kleanex tissues. I had to double check the tracking number and they were indeed the same package tracking number. Not to mention the delivery driver just knocked on the front door and left the package there and walked away. Lucky I was in at the time to hear it arrive. This service has been awful with no delivery window available. I noe have to wait until Monday to contact Amazon and Kcom about what's going on with these routers. Absolute mess around.

Unfortunately you don’t get to pick the carriers when you order stuff these days and if I did then this lot wouldn’t even come into the equation, ordered stuff from a company and they used this lot I waited a week went into their tracking which said item had been delivered…really? They also said it had been put through the letterbox even more ridiculous, on closer look the address on the package didn’t have the house number so it would be impossible for them to deliver unless they stuck it through the first door in the street, when I emailed them about this numerous times the emails kept getting sent back to me saying recipients refused the email and surprise there’s no phone number to contact, in these days of customer focus and reviews you would think they would do something to sort their stuff out but reading a lot of the reviews on here they just don’t seem to care

Ordered a laptop, seller say it was delivered . It has not been delivered seller is refusing to refund or replace. I belive the delivery person has stole my parcel

Tracking says that a parcel was delivered to our neighbour at 15:24 (BST), but no van came along our road at that time as someone was in the garden between 3 - 4 pm. No pictures were taken and no address provided. Nor are contact details available for the carrier.!

Absolutely diabolical, horrendous service! package arrived with a huge tear in it and the item missing. The packet was just left on the doorstep even though we were in! When we found the package a huge rip and tear in the packet with the items from inside the package stolen! absolutely horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would, I cannot believe in this day and age reputable companies are using delivery companies where theft is allowed to happen regularly. The most annoying part of this is, we are not given the option or choice to choose which delivery company when purchasing from the website

They couldn't find my house and said they tried to deliver it 3 times. I called and emailed. My email bounced because they have no legitimate email. And their phone line is sketchy. -1 out of 10 for me.

Shipment got turned around 2 times saying I rejected it. Absolutely ridiculous. We have been sitting and waiting at home and even left a number for them to call but obviously they’d never call. Scam!

Tracking shows delivered to a door step - lies I was at home and no delivery attempted, then next day tracking updated to say delivered that day to the door step which again is lies as I’m at home - no way to contact them and the seller is completely useless and taking no responsibility

Has a parcel that Soto’s have been delivered today. It was not. The delivery driver presumably couldn’t be bothered.

Received my package, wasn't the greatest experience with the fact the delivery times kept being pushed back and I eventually gave up hope it would arrive, 9 hours after it was supposed to arrive it did, spent a whole day awaiting the delivery after the tracking said it would be here at 11am originally.
And given the reputation and reviews on this company I figured it wouldn't arrive, but it did at least. The tracking parcels on this company needs to vastly improve, and there needs to be contact details so customers are able to contact them, whether it's an email or a phone number.

I have pretty much the same story as everyone on here. Parcel never turned up, despite tracking saying it was left on my porch. Email and telephone number for swiship not working and no way to contact them so my parcel is lost or stolen and no way of getting money back. I had ordered a game from Hitster.co.uk who sent it with this scam courier. Hitster not responding to my emails either. Absolutely disgusting!
