Package not delivered, no sign of delivery to any or which of my few neighbours. Their tracking system says that the tracking number cannot be found and there is no way of getting in touch to get a more detailed record of where or to whom the package of some value was delivered. Very, very poor. I would prefer to give no stars as they are clearly not prepared to take responsibility for the package.

The package was left on the porche or somewhere else, nobody calls me and I never received it. Impossible to contact customer service because there's nothing on the tracking website. I think this carrier is completely unreliable because there's no customer service. I don't recommand of course!

As with everyone else here have had multiple dealings where the package was left on the doorstep . No one knocked just dumped. Door is on the street so effectively left on the street. Only way we knew was a notification on the phone.

Now a parcel has gone missing, says it was delivered but nothing there. Large box so must have been left then stolen.

As long others have written now proof of delivery, no way to complain or seemingly trace a parcel.

Dreadful experience. Have no problems with other couriers but these have supposedly delivered twice but haven’t on either occasion. I live in a gated estate and all they have to do is press a buzzer but I don’t think they even bother trying. Seems to be no way to get in touch with them.

My item says delivered, was home all day, no knock on the door. Patiently waited, nothing. Don’t use, complete and utter disappointment

No stars no delivery. scam!! I curse all who created this company with never ending pain and suffering until can be nice and not scam and hurt people 🙏

Says delivered, have cctv and a van pulled up then drove off. Didn't even get out. These drivers are stealing the packages. Obvious by all other reviews. Hopefully drivers get there comeuppance. Disgusting and no contact.

Liars and scammers. Full CCTV of entire property. Marked as delivered. Not a single person has come close to my house all day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Disgrace.

No estimated time in 2024 is unacceptable and neither is inaccurate final delivery time, I had a parcel from swiship via Amazon state delivery by 9pm, I waited all day until exactly 9pm to take a shower then I get a notification saying parcel first attempt at 8:17, when it was actually attempted at 9:17, absolutely infuriating, I understand all these 1 star reviews, I will never ever order direct from Creality again.

Just received my tracking number and checked to find it says delivery was yesterday.

No items were attempted to be delivered on the time and date that they state and I have video surveillance that can prove this.

I can't believe this company gets away with this BS.

Like everyone else here my item required an OTP, was marked as received by Amazon logistics even though I had never shared the OTP and my phone was off. no refund from amazon for this clear fraud

This company can do what it likes and there’s no way of getting in touch. They said they had delivered my package when they hadn’t . No one to get answers off. Thank god for PayPal,they refunded me. This has got to be a scam as it seems to happen all the time after checking the reviews. They obviously didn’t deliver my package so where have the goods gone??? Must be a lot of people’s money going into someone else’s pocket! Scum

Swiship tracking shows the item was delivered, but I haven't received it. Working from home, so I was definitely at home. Looks like a scam.

Customer service is terrible. Tracking says the parcel is delivered but it never was!
Customer service wants me to pay a £1 to continue to support me with finding my parcel.
Shocking! And just not acceptable.

I received my package today, but unfortunately, it arrived in a disappointing condition. The package was torn open, and surprisingly, it was empty. I am disappointed and frustrated.

It is unacceptable that the package arrived in this state. Whether the items were stolen or the package was not properly sealed and consequently lost during transit, this situation reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the attitude of the courier, the way he delivered the empty package was concerning. Their casual demeanor in handing over a damaged and empty parcel added to the overall disappointment of the experience.

Moving forward, I advise the company to take greater care in packaging and handling shipments to ensure that similar incidents are avoided in the future.

Overall, my experience with this delivery was unsatisfactory, and I hope that steps will be taken to prevent such this from happening again.

Tracking says delivered on Sunday but no parcel was delivered! The company I purchased from, Swanscout, aren't interested either so I'm out of pocket 😡
