I bought a breitling navitimer b01 from Swiss Horology through Chrono24. They were very responsive and helpful when I reached out to them, and they shipped the watch for me on a same day delivery which was a nice surprise. Although I was 99% certain it was real, I had the watch authenticated at an independent jewellers and they confirmed everything is above board. Would definitely recommend Swiss Horology and would use them again!

This seller went out of his way literally (he drove from London to Cheltenham) to show me a watch I was thinking of buying from him - I did buy it - and to instil in me huge doses of trust, reassurance and confidence.
When the watch arrived, he had included a "small gift". It was a 20 quid coffee table hardback book called 'A Man And His Watch'. I thought that I knew a thing or two about high end watches, but this man knows EVERYTHING!! It's a feedback cliche, but this feedback cliche isn't: He is highly recommended.

Before the transaction, he politely explained that the box might be scratched at the customs office at the time of delivery, so I was able to purchase with confidence.
It was my first time to use Chrono 24, but I would like to continue using it in the future.

I recently purchased a watch for my partners significant birthday. Initially weary about using an online dealer for such a large purchase rather than a high street shop but the price was favourable and Swiss Horology’s knowledge and help in decision making was spot on. They had the chance to sell me a more expensive version yet advised me buy the more historical and cheaper version as in the long run it would be better. No hard sale, just answers and advice. Once purchased the watch arrived next day. Their watches are in stock and you are not lead on like many other online dealers. There’s a reasons their reviews are 5/5. Very happy customer.
