This is the first time I’ve dealt with SH. I contacted them on their online chat Tuesday evening, they were both helpful and friendly when I was asking various questions.
I purchased the watch late Wednesday night and it was due to be sent Thursday for delivery Friday. However they contacted me just before 6pm to advise that DHL hadn’t turned up. They offered two solutions to send it Friday, or they very kindly offered to drive the watch to us. I didn’t pick up the email until well over an hr later, but they were still more than happy to hand deliver the watch that evening. Less than 24hrs for payment to personal delivery, what more can you ask for.
For me this is what makes a company stand out, going above and beyond for a customer. Absolute pleasure to deal with, my husband loves his watch and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Swiss horology. They shipped my watch less than 20 minutes after they had the order and I received it 2 days later. Item was as described with not a mark in it. Plenty of communication throughout. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
