We instructed Switalskis Solicitors earlier this year with regard to a will and variation of deeds. They acted quickly, professionally and talked us through each step thoroughly to our best interests before dealing with other parties involved.

My experience with Switalskis solicitors was on point, very approachable , professional , friendly and good value.
Sarah Kent dealt with our property sale and purchase was always contactable and prompt in replies allways with great advice and a personable approach "Thankyou Sarah".

I've used Switalskis a couple of times already, and am currently using them for our sale and related purchase.
I find that they are excellent at keeping me up to date, are ready to deal with issues as they arrive and actually make me feel like a real person rather than just another client. Both our conveyancer Stefanie and paralegal Andy have responded quickly to any queries and have been patient with my slow responses. Having used a different conveyancer some years previously, and having what I thought was the normal service, I assumed all were the same. I am pleasantly surprised this is not the case and a few are genuinely worthy of high praise. Many thanks 👍

As first time buyers, the house buying process seemed really daunting. We went with Switalskis as they were recommended to us by our new build developer. Switalskis have been extremely helpful and friendly - and also quick in their work. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone buying a house, but particularly any first time buyers!

We chose Switalskis after being recommended by our housing developer, and after doing some research online they had great reviews. Before you give any money they tell you how much you’re being quoted and majority of things are on there, and there’s no hidden fees/secrets.

Me and my partner had reserved a new build house, contacted the solicitors the day we reserved and got the process moving. We never once had to chase Switalskis, they would always come to us with information; and if we did want to get in contact they would reply within the hour (mostly within 10/15 minutes). We dealt with Harriet mostly and she was amazing and nothing was ever a bother.
We completed our whole house process from reserving to completing in only 5 weeks which would not have been possible with such good solicitors.
