Ian Latimer kept me informed throughout my claim. As I was only 13 at the time of my accident Switalskis supported my family through the process and the transition from dealing with my Dad to myself when I turned 18 was quick and easy.

The conveyance of our house, which was in two different names, was not as straightforward as I had expected. This was due, in part, to incomplete names on the deeds and that one of the aged sellers was represented by a person with the power of attorney and myself, living abroad. The lady appointed to our case by Switalskis Solicitors took everything relating to the conveyance in her stride, managing the process in a professional manner and keeping us informed each step of the way. The service we received was second to none and successfully completed on the 22nd June 2026. I would certainly use Switalskis again.

Overall the process was smooth from start to finish

Clear procedure. Step by step paper processing. Precise explanation and clarification were given when requested. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend the firm to friends and colleagues. The lawyer Christie was always available for clarification and answered emails promptly. She made the process clear and productive. Worked also with Kat, friendly, professional, patient and organised.

This is probably my tenth property purchase in a time scale spanning decades and I can honestly say it was by far the easiest and that is simply down to the efficiency and professionalism of Ben, Richard and the team.
Any queries we raised were dealt with promptly, other solicitors in the chain were painfully slow frankly and put to shame by Switalskis. We felt listened to and cared about and we’d use them again in a heartbeat. The pricing is not as relevant as the service level in our opinion but this also gets a big tick for being incredibly competitive.
We are now very much enjoying living in our new home just 3 months after first seeing it, after a chain of 3. Definitely the quickest sale and purchase we’ve ever experienced.
