My motability car broke down again
My motability car broke down again, last week and after having to get the bus for a week to take my kids to school and a lot of chasing up on my end. I finally have a hire car. The fault isn't switch's. Motability said its taking 3 days to get hire cars and fair enough 3 days after my text from swift a got a car.
A mini countryman. Love mini.
My problem with it, is that I've just got in. It stinks. Someone has clearly been smoking in here and it reeks. On top of that, looking around its clear to see it hasn't been properly cleaned since the last user. Dust, crumbs and ash all over the steering wheel and suspicious looking stains on the passenger seat next to me.
All other aspects of the service have been great

They obviously don't want their vans back!
Poor - my company ordered a large Ford van through Thrifty in Southampton a couple of days ago (Thursday), it was parked outside my home promptly at least.
As it turned out the van was an automatic which I have never driven before and I couldn’t drive it and I needed a manual one instead so I called my company on the same day and was told Thrifty didn’t have any manual and was told they would pick up the van from outside my home the following day for return.
Friday passes and the van is still outside my house, and I call again and was told they have been busy, and will pick up the van on Saturday.....guess what, it's still outside my house in the evening. I assume that as they closed at 12:30 it now looks like it will be here all day Sunday and picked up on Monday now, probably late that day now.
This company obviously doesn't need to have the van back and I can't move it due to insurance reasons and I am not happy as I live in a close and it's beginning to become an eyesore right outside our house!

I gave that score because when my mobillity car broke down and i couldnt get a courtesy car Shantel from the liverpool branch called me straight away to offer me a car so i could get around the best part wss inever told them my car was broken the RAC told them and from there on shantel dealt with it all all i had to do was go and pick it up no forms to fill out it was brilliant THANK YOU Shantel from liverpool branch

I would rate this switch car rental as zero but the system doesn’t allow for that. I’m a mobility customer who needs a car. They messaged me on Tuesday saying they had my booking. My own car was taken in for repairs yesterday but no hire car was available. I phoned today and have been told that they don’t have a car for me. When I asked about when i was going to get a car, the switch employee couldn’t even tell me when I could get a car. The worst most inept company and staff I’ve ever had to deal with.

Received this this morning after I sent a ton of proof I couldn't of got the fine the only investigating was done by me I explained I have a brain tumor and I'm awaiting surgery in the next week and not even a apology also I'd like to discuss my admin fee for the time it took me to gather proof and send emails no compensation for my time ? This company has tried to say damage…
This company has tried to say damage was caused by me, I recorded a vid and pix of all panels and inside car , when I left car at a dealers while I picked my car up from being repaired , I’m just waiting for them to demand payment when I will take them to court for fraud. I sent them some vids as proof but kept much better pix and vids for any court . So be careful of this company.

Shocking rental returns making out…
Shocking rental returns making out damaged both vehicles I’d had. Iv proof taking photos of both vehicles to see if the trustpilot reviews were true, and shocking to my horror they are!
>this company will try and make out you damage there vehicles< in so many ways. anything to make profits! I had a Skoda come with 90% fuel and I’d taken a photo they made out this was incorrect with other damage done. There was damage to the front skirt of a puma I had first before driving I taken a photos they tried to make out this was me! BE VERY CAUTIOUS of this SWITCH CAR RENTAL!!! Document EVERYTHING!! or tell your insurance to use someone else! Dodgy company.
Also the drivers who drive there vehicles to you thrash them. Every car I had off them shown “MPG” usage low around 12mpg as they are young kids! Company seems to use these not grown adults no wonder they arrive with 90% fuel.
Iv been driving for 25 years with respect for cars and DONT thrash them, as mines gone in for gearbox repair and my cars bodywork and wheels are immaculate hmmm something off……🤔
