Helpful, Money-saving Ryan

Cancelled my broadband and phone lines…

Cancelled my broadband and phone lines with them in April. Still billing me for 2 lines and do not return emails. I have rang several times about this and been told it was sorted. They call me to see if they can do anything to keep my business and all other things they try and sell. Disgraceful company avoid at all costs.

Elderly parents without workingphone for fortnight

Parents in their 80s with health issues still have no working phone at home due to Unicom failure to fix, or even to communicate at all. No mobile phone. Been 2 weeks now. Chloe, how can this be fixed quickly?

I dealt with Jade Malone, She was very pleasant, explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. If not for her I may have looked elsewhere for my broadband but she did everything in her power to get me the best deal.

Very unprofessional service and…

Very unprofessional service and disorganised staff, I’ve reported a fault on my phone line and broadband, however it is yet to be fixed, I’ve been on the phone with several people and no engineer has been booked and haven’t been able to divert my call to my second telephone line. Loss of weekend business due to incompetent call handlers and now once just been hold that the call diversion will take place up to 2 working days. Will never recommend this company to anyone, avoid at any cost.

Just a follow up, it’s been two weeks since the fault reported, no manager has taken the time to call l me to explain what’s the issue, everyday I call my call get handled/ answered by someone out of U.K. no explanation or can’t event tell me when the line will be back on, extremely frustrated.

Excellent Customer Service

Rudi is a very helpful young man for only being in post 3 months, and I hope will go far with the relevant training in your company. He took time to explain what his call was about and that is important, even more so for vulnerable customers. Technology is changing every day, and keeping up with it is unattainable most of the time, so we need very patient customer service staff who don't mind repeating themselves. Keep up the good work!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I came out of a fixed plan and was charged extortionate daily charges. I signed a fixed contract back in March but I am still being charged out of contract prices. Avoid dealing with Zoe. I have phoned several times, it was sorted for one month then went back to being overcharged. Promised a call back within a day or so, that was over a week ago. I dont have time to be on the phone for over an hour. Had ENOUGH.

Not good

Sold our business on May 2nd 2023 gave notice 1 month in advance at beginning of April via the website as instructed. They sent an email confirming closure of the accounts.

But in June and July they took money out of our account months after we sold up. I complained and after a few weeks they called and returned £100 a fraction of what they took and reduced the direct debit to £1 but after 2 weeks they still haven’t returned the rest of our money and the accounts are still active if you look on the website as far as we can see.

In comparison the electric and gas accounts we had with another company were closed down in about 5 minutes 3 months ago with no issue. I wouldn’t recommend them personally as they take forever to answer emails, calls if at all and can’t even close down 2 simple accounts correctly. They also charge fees for closing accounts down if still in contract while no other company has charged us anything.
