SOCKETS
We needed special sockets urgently. This company went beyond the norm. We were told the sockets would be with us the next working day. We had a phone call saying we do not have enough of these sockets and some could be delivered the next day but some would be much later.
Another phone call, we can deliver what you need tomorrow but one is slightly different. What a company! We will recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE !

Where is the customer support
Although the items arrived on time and in good condition I had issues with the items breaking during installation, the switches are not of suitable quality. The main problem is that no one answers the phones or responds to the chat messages.
I'm now stuck with faulty items and no response at all from Switchsocketandsupplies. Less than ideal in my view plus all the rework of getting the sparkies in again to rectify the issue

Leah was great but delivery went awry and the parts didn't arrive in time. despite listing saying black, ordered bronze apparently, good job Leah noticed.
Ordered the wrong switch and refund policy, meant no money back.

Leah updated you on the order through-out the whole process, her customer service was impeccable as always.
However, as advised we were unable to refund the switches returned to us as they were returned in a used condition (images sent to show condition) and we were unable to resell them, as per the returns policy stated on our website and on the leaflet received with your order. Switches were then returned to you as agreed.
