Switzerland Tour Reviews 15

My wife and I did a private 7-day tour in May 2025, similar to the Swiss Cheese & Wine Discovery (Zurich, Bern, Gruyeres, Geneva, Montreaux, Interlaken, Jungfraujoch, Lucerne). For the most part, the drivers were professional and engaging, and the local tour guides knowledgeable. For one disappointing night, the company booked us into a less-than-four-star hotel, but we complained by email and they rebooked us into an exceptionally nice hotel for the next night. All other nights in other hotels were great. The excursions were great and made our visit fantastic.

Switzerland is a beautiful country, and during our travel too and from Italy it has taken us through Switzerland.
My only criticism is that the road network is the absolute worst. Continuous speed limit changes, endless road works, boarder crossing that takes an hour to get through only to be a zigzag and then there is the awful Gotthard tunnel. Traffic light controlled on a main road that takes hours to even get to the front.
All this adds many hours to any journey.

we did 9 hours hiking with Johan, me and 3 of my friends, the place was amazingly beautiful. Johan was extremely friendly and helpful.
Definitely, I recommend that trip to anyone wants to enjoy Nature. Because i will do it next year as well.
