SWNS Reviews

Ben was really kind and patient throughout. Quick responses and sensitive with any questions he asked

Lauren and Will did a great job covering a local issue In Newquay concerning a coast path that has been blocked by the land owner to enhance his development. This issue meant so much to so many and Lauren and Will handled it all with sensitivity. The story was well written, fully researched , with wide historical information. Will was great and captured beautiful images to highlight the area and the people concerned with the story . It was a positive experience to work with them both . Thank you

Olivia got in touch about sharing my story which I’m grateful for as it enabled me to raise awareness of my bcc cancer story which I think is important for us girlys to be aware of. Olivia was lovely and it was great yapping to her on the phone. Thanks so much

Jack got in touch with me asking if it was ok for him to pass my video to various news organisations.

I agreed and a couple of days later it had coverage across major news websites and made print too.

My mates are messaging saying how funny it is that I'm all over the news.

Nice one Jack. :)

Such a good experience! Olivia Stringer was friendly and thorough with her interview, even asking follow up questions for accuracy. I’m very pleased to have my story out there, and I feel it’s been told in a great way. The SWNS portal is also very straightforward to access and use, making it easy to review sales and claim payments for photo usage. Thank you SWNS!

I recently worked with Olivia Stringer on a money saving tips piece. She was warm, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to.

I recently had an interview with Jack Fifield for article and he was great to deal with!

I had the pleasure of working with Olivia Stringer at SWNS on an article about investing for my 3 year old. Olivia was very thorough and approachable, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Really loved working with their reporters. They were very sharp, asked great questions and were very kind. The end result story was run by me before launching and it was very accurate and well-researched. Highly recommend!

Isobel has been very supportive and empathetic. With her help to share my story, my go fund me has almost doubled and I'm so much closer to achieving my goal. She is a great listener and made me feel like my story and journey is important.

SWNS reached out to me on social media. At first, I was cautious, but they were completely legitimate.

The team especially Emily, was super friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my story. It was subsequently picked up by a major newspaper, helping me raise awareness of my personal journey.

Overall, I had a really positive experience and would happily work with them again.

Worked with Jack Fifield on a story which was generated great coverage - widespread and on-message. He was communicative and quick to respond.

Jack Fifield showed an interest and wrote a piece about an incident I was involved with, and the lack of response from police. He was understanding, considerate, and respectful when speaking to him, and the article reflected my experience faithfully.

Fantastic, Jack Fifield helped get the story out on a particular person that abused his dog. Much appreciated for helping getting it global.

I had an interview with Lula, she was amazing and did an incredible job!!! I wouldn’t have written it better myself!

Olivia Stringer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire interview process. She made me feel comfortable sharing my weight loss journey and asked thoughtful questions that showed she was genuinely interested in my story rather than just checking boxes. It was clear she cared about capturing my experience accurately and respectfully. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and talented writer.

Such a professional photographer, waiting for an ideal moment and then being extremely quick during a very busy set up. Was grateful to be notifed the photographs were used in the press. Overall very impressed and grateful for such very beautiful results. Thank you!

After a very negative experience, I was contacted by their journalist Jack Fifield to provide details of my experience.

After explaining my experience to Jack in detail, I found him to be so empathetic to my situation and he articulated my experience brilliantly in his article.

This is my first experience with a journalist and it was very positive in every way. I felt very at ease talking with Jack and I would definitely be happy to speak with him again in the future.

I recently worked with Ben Barry who was writing an article about a missing family member. Ben could not have been more accommodating, empathetic, or ethical in my interactions with him. His overriding concern was to make sure he got the story correct and checked with me on certain points to make sure everything was right. He does what he says he will do and can definitely be trusted.
