Had a great experience working with Olivia Stringer- she had great communication and I appreciate her thoughtful questions and taking the time to make my story known.

In my own personal experience, working with Jack Fifield at SWNS was great. He wrote an article about me as a trans musician who transitioned in the public eye, this included how my voice changed and how I began to create duets with recordings of both my male and female voices. While writing about this intimate and delicate topic he was understanding, empathetic and wanted to pen a piece rooted in inspiration and acceptance, and not something sensationalising. In my opinion he did just that, and was also a lovely guy the whole time!

Charley the photographer was really friendly and professional made me feel at ease straight away.

Lula was wonderful to work with! She was easy to schedule with, friendly, and made the entire interview process feel comfortable and relaxed. We truly enjoyed speaking with her and appreciated how she captured our story. We love how the article turned out and are so excited to be featured in a story about twins!

I was interviewed and filmed by SWNS who contacted me after I won an appeal against Merton Council regarding a very badly designed road restriction which trapped thousands of motorists. I am very happy with the professional and friendly way in which Jack and William worked. I felt like I could trust them to report a complicated story about a traffic restriction in a fair way and they have done a very good job.

Lula White was a lovely interviewer who seemed to genuinely care about us and the story. She made surely we were both represented well and responded to any corrections or adjustments we weren’t comfortable with.

Lula helped me map out my stories for the interview. We spoke in depth about different angles and she offered valuable insight for myself too. It was my first interview for the news and she made me feel at ease answering any question I had! Would definitely recommend

Great company. Spoke with Lola, she was very thorough. I was impressed how far the story of me teaching some about the importance of having fck you funds went, and how many publications it was featured in. There were a couple of inaccuracies though, namely saying my dad got arrested (not true) and that I sold stuff on etsy (it was Vinted). Other than that, great! Would work with again. Thanks Lola!

Jack Fifield contacted me, as he was looking to write an article about fundraising I am doing. He was very empathetic and considerate throughout the interview (and in prior+subsequent communications). His article was taken up by national newspapers and has led to additional donations to the charity I am supporting, for which I am very grateful.

I unfortunately had to have an emergency brian tumor surgery. One of your employees Jack Fifield reached out to me to hear more story. He came across genuine, concerned and really made me feel at ease. I really appreciate how honest he was and it meant a lot just being able to speak to someone okenly and honestly about my story. Jack kept his word and published the article, being very clear about the message I wished to convey and now I hoped it could support other people. He was a really nice person to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.
