SWNS Reviews

Wow what an amazing company SWNS is, Olivia who helped me throughout the process was amazing, she was helpful, kind and always updating me which was great, story went out fast an efficient

Thank you everyone ☺️

I enjoyed being interviewed by SWNS. Very professional, and kind team! Looking forward to doing more follow ups in the future!

Amy Reast contacted me by telephone last week and asked if I was happy to talk about my family experiences about MND. The Article that Amy produced, based on our conversation was accurate and well written and reflected my thoughts eloquently. Amy achieved a good level of understanding and empathy on the subject of MND. I was delighted with the wide circulation of the published Article.Carol

My experience over all was very good .. Filipa listened to everything I said especially as quite a sensitive subject.. she kept me in the loop and communicated very well to make sure she had the correct information .. before she finalised my story she read it back to me, and there was only one thing I rectified which she did immediately and changed the wording so it was accurate .. I can highly recommend.

A quote came in quickly when I needed it, and communication from the SWNS team was really good from start to finish. The photographer was friendly and professional. We're beyond happy with the photographs and would highly recommend SWNS.

Couldn’t have been more professional, kept me in the loop every step of the way and didn’t once cross boundaries or try to change the narrative. Emily deserves a pay rise, an extra holiday ( personally I think for how amazing she is it should be all expenses paid) and the biggest and most positive praise ever !

Great experience dealing with Charlie. Great article that was well written and on point. Photographer was also good fun to work with.

Filipa was lovely, explained the process and made sure I was happy with my article.
A pleasure to work with!

I have commissioned SWNS several times for picture events and on every occasion the results have been superb. The company is professionally run and their photographers are first class. I would always recommend them.

They really helped to get the word out about The Chippy Tour and were easy to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience with a man named Ben who works here. He say my tik toks on my story ive been trying to gain some attention on. He called me and had an interview with me and let me know the whole process. It was a really good experience and im really thankful for it.

Filipa Gaspar wrote a story about my stone skimming skills recently.

I noticed that it was completely accurate and well written. It was great to see my story the way it was meant to be written, no misquotes or embellishments.

It landed in LOADS of places! Locally nationally and much further afield.

I didn't make any money because it wasn't an exclusive (that was a learning point!!) but it gives me confidence that next time I want to share something and potentially cash in on my adventures, Filipa is the person to reach out to!

All good and very efficient research by Charlie Fenton
No misleading quotes and relayed the concerns as expressed
No spin just facts

Our experience with Ben Barry and SWNS has been incredible to put it mildly. The team was incredibly easy to work with, prompt, and took extra care to tell our story in a respectful and accurate way. Sharing our family's story is quite literally life-changing for our children — we are incredibly grateful for this team!

MICHAEL LEE SIMPSON is a fantastic journalist
He wrote and told my story of being scammed with all the details, leaving nothing out. He is very professional and has a great deal of empathy. I am so grateful for him. MMELECK

Emily was great and told our story just how we told her. Very trustworthy

SWNS were very fast with everything they have done whilst getting the results.

Really professional company. No issues at all. Hope to speak with you again soon 🙌

Our foundation (the Amara Rose Foundation) started working with Ben Barry in 2025. He is passionate about raising awareness of the dangers of fentanyl and knows that together we can make a difference. Ben has always been very compassionate and kind, treating us with respect and being mindful of our sorrow of losing our loved ones. He is professional and writes very well, telling the readers what they need to know in an impactful manner.

The photographer and journalist did an article on Malaki Conteh which went viral.  We are still having phone calls from major newspaper anted to come and do an article.  The ITV and BBC & Dining with Ted are coming to see Malaki.  A southern Indian manufacturer with a 9 million turnover approached me wanted to partnership with Malaki to develop his own clothing brand!  Malaki has developed and protected his logo and brand and will be launching his new business soon.  Thanks to James 7 the photographer even Seiko sent Malaki a present because they read your article!
