Good value and fast delivery

I purchased 2 items i received one of them they were for my grandson to take on his holiday a backpack and a holdall both matching (chucky) so i messaged and said i had only one item and that the holdall hadn't arrived only to be told that they dont do a chucky holdall ??? well you do and i didn't get it then was told i would get a refund of 10.99 which was the price for the backpack the holdall was more 17.00 i have been messaging back and forth with no joy then told this morning that unless i have a screenshot of what i won they just go by there notes i have sent the package summary to them with a total price of £27.99 including postage i was then told that it shows the bids but doesn't show the item what an absolute mess they are well i for one will not be shopping with them anymore. the last message was sorry you feel like that!

Fantastic price for a Harley wallet and arrived early, great service.

Item was really good quality and I am very happy.Only thing that wasnt good was the Royal mail they are not very good but thats not Swolit's fault.But i still give full stars for Swolit and my item.

My parcel never arrived when it said it did I asked my neighbours and they said they did not have it. They also did not knock the door.

A great company. The BMW wallet is made to a high standard. Fast shipping. Emails are answered even on Sundays. I recommend it.

My experience with this company is great since 2008 i never had any problem and my stuff work great if you know what I mean. Lol

Ordered Purse After Christmas for my Friends 50th birthday
Having read the positive reviews so I ordered in good faith, I did receive confirmation of purchase & receipt of payment delivery stated 5-7 working days
After this period of stated delivery time I hadn’t heard anything back from this company Betsy & Floss
I sent a EMAIL to them asking were my delivery was & when it would be delivered as it was very close to my friends birthday
They did reply back asking me for the reference number of my order I immediately sent this to them
After a couple of days I get a response saying my order was in the warehouse & awaiting a courier to pick up , This didn’t happen by this time my friends birthday had gone by
I had to chase this company again several times they didn’t respond
I am so disappointed with this company
The purse did arrive far later than the dates on the confirmation order
This is a typical case of over promising & underdelivering for customers
What I regret not doing is reading the negative reviews which are accurate for this company
I strongly advise new customers to read the negative reviews before buying from this company as two many say the same thing & we all can’t be wrong
In today’s tough market for a lot of traders this company needs change immediately As it not just about taking customers money it’s after which is equally important

Very poor. Placed an order on 15 December, payment taken, checked on the 19th only to be told on the 20th the colour couldn’t be dispatched . Agreed to take an alternative colour that I was told would be sent on the 23rd. It wasn’t; chased on the 27th only to be told on 29th it wouldn’t be sent until the 7th January ! (& their inbox wouldn’t take replies ). Again, nothing sent & zero comms, have only persisted as it was a gift . Disappointingly fraudulent behaviour , have wasted a lot of time chasing.

Do not deal with this company. They have mixed up my order and charged me three times for the same order. When the order eventually arrived one of the items was missing. I have tried to contact them numerous times and it’s still going on. Avoid them!

Problem with item have emailed twice no reply say to use their wotsap still no reply very disappointed wanted to order more items for Christmas will not be ordering

Bag isn't what I wanted and have sent 2 emails and followed up by a WhatsApp chat requesting a returns label.... no response so guess that's money I'll never get back

Bought a bag which was described as large ,although the measurements were available to view i overlooked this details and incorrectly purchased.
Extortionate del and returns fee and generally poor customer service.

Choice, price, quality, efficiency. All good.
