The product is fine, but in order to cancel, you have to tell their BOT 5 times, as it tries to convince you to stay. That is ridiculous!

I was frustrated with the software. Not by any fault of the software. But, I didn't know how to do the prompts. I reached out, and they set up a one-on-one with me. After that I have been playing around and what a GAME CHANGER. Amazing service and product! I'm excited to use this for Confetti House and explore more options for online content.

Perfect software and helpful

I use Syllaby everyday. I am currently making 5-10 videos per day. I have no complaints. Support is quick to help out in the Facebook community. Video come out great. The videos even help monitize one of my Youtube Channels. I am now working on other channels to help grow what I am doing.

If there is something to be fixed, it gets fixed. And as for features, there is almost nothing truly comparable when you get down to what you can do.

Best bang for the buck in my opinion. I’ve been using since it started. No limit on what you can do if you dive in.

I have been using syllaby since last summer, I have watched consistent adding of features quite often 2-3 times a month. Active Facebook group that includes monthly challenges to get your Faceless mission going and the owner, Austin, is quite active on Messenger. If you don't get an answer from him direct one of his couple moderators will get back to oneself in a short amount of time. The only limit to this is the time that one ulitmately decides to do this as there are several people in the group growing online assets.

So far, so goooooood! Been using Syllaby for a few days now and already have 2 weeks worth of videos ready to post. Super easy to use, lots of options to customize your videos, and more features are always coming out! Looking forward to what they have for us in 2025!
