I’m having a great time exploring the features of Syllaby. It’s intuitive and easy to use. My platforms babe seen a significant follower increase and creating content has stopped being a chore. The customer service is unrivalled.

Syllaby is doing its purpose great. As a video creating app I am impressed how easy it was to create content, although some ai generation was hit and miss, it truly is a wonderful way to generate ideas and content. Not only that, the scheduling feature is so intuitive, it makes you budget your time to do something else knowing that you have already 5 days or more freed from your schedule.

To be fair, I have only used their 7 day trial. It gives me the option to create up to 3 shorts, as well as some more credits for research and script writing.

I only made 2 videos, and from those alone got up to 700 views on YouTube.

But, that is not what impressed me most. Syllaby has the best customer service I've ever known. After the trial, I saw that there were failed payments. Because of budget I was not gonna be able to pay for the basic subscription. After they deducted the $25 I reached out to them.

I'm not kidding when I say that after explaining that I need help with canceling my subscription and a refund, they did all that in less than an hour.

So, besides the tool itself being the best. The team behind it is even more awesome.

Anyone who wants to start creating content but doesn't know where to start, Syllaby is the best tool to start with and it works perfectly even if you have loads of experience in content creation.

It's okay. For a beginner, this will allow you to decide what you want. I used the 7 day trial back in November. I found character consistency was an issue. Also there was no motion, only still images. This company has other software and it's about the same as this one. ChatGPT is built in so when giving a prompt the output is what you'd expect using Chat GPT directly. There is better AI creation software out there.

Excellent. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

They over charge. I used the scriptgenerator ai to get a script. It didn't gave me any results and charged me 9 credits. There is no contact customer support button. I chatted with AI syllaby agent and it tells me to send info to contact us, but there is no contact us button. I had to log out and then find the contact us link. Then, I filled out the customer support sheet and each time, it says error during submission. I tried different browsers and nothing.

Great service! You can fully automate faceless videos to your social media. Really great community in their Facebook group and a responsive customer service team for any issues!

I’ve been a user for several months now. I’ve tried every software I can to make the best informed decision to build AI video and of all the platforms, this one does the best job at the right price.

A bonus to it all is the incredible access to the CEO, a well known influencer, who offers advise and feedback constantly. I didn’t have to pay four figures to get access or buy a course; it’s part of the benefit in using Syllaby. The user group is great as well, very supportive.

No platform is perfect, but this one is darn close!

I started with Syllaby to make videos for my real estate team, but it's a lot of fun and I've started a Youtube and Tik Tok channel for other topics. The software is fun and easy to use, the price is very fair and the customer support has been excellent.

I have been using Syllaby for the last 3 months and I am very happy for all the developments and progress they have made. I mainly use Syllaby for my faceless youtube channel and I am very happy with the results.
The team doesn't stop working and it is all the time improving and adding new features in their platform.
Like every other AI platform there will be challenges on the way, but the team always manages to deliver and make the user experience even better. I 100% recommend it to everyone.

Damn cant understand the bad Reviews i have 3 Accounts with 3 Times Premium subscription.

Also good for if u work as an agency clients pay me for videos and i Upload myself for my own channels win/ win

Well they keep rolling out new features after listening to users.

For me, I have been using Syllaby since the start or pretty close to it. There have been growing pains for sure in that time (as any startup), however I have found them to be great at customer service and have one of the best products out there right now. I have had some issues, but they get resolved and we all get notified. Had an issue with billing once. It was fixed asap. I know they have more customer service help as they are very fast to getting back.

Some of the poor reviews below have some merit, however when you sign up for a trial, and cancel on the day it's to renew, you can't expect the automated system won't do it's job. The real part is after and getting the fund renewed it took out. All trials are setup the same way.

Lastly, Syllaby's community online is one of the best around. It's very proactive and if something customer service related comes up (billing, technical, etc), they are one it (including the CEO letting customers service team know).

I have been in business for over 26 years and I appreciate how Syllaby is growing into a much bigger entity while still wanting to keep things community based.

I did the free trial and Wow 🤩 this is exactly what I was looking for and am currently on a monthly plan now… it is so easy to bulk create videos and reels for insta YT and Tik Tok plus there is a calendar I can easily pick what content I want to post and schedule it. All I had to do was pick a topic “ Teachings of Jesus” was my choice and it generated the script, created the videos within a couple minutes. I absolutely love this deff. A game changer 💯 I also love the fact that there is a private group and the creator of the app and his team are In there daily for any questions, suggestions, updates, and just daily motivation

I am a little confused about the negative reviews on this page. Syllaby is amazing.

Technical: I am not tech-savvy and I was able to figure out the program pretty easy. I've tried others in the past and did not stick with them due to confusion.

Support Team: The support team is top-notch. It's pretty rare to see the people at the top helping to support all the little guys - which is exactly what happens with this company.

Useful Tips: They are constantly doing FREE trainings to help you improve even further. Group members help one another, and the higher up people in the company are constantly answering questions to help everyone.

New Features: I joined approximately four months ago and since then, they have added many new features. I feel like every week, we are learning about a new feature that they added or something they improved.

No way to cancel the account so once you sign up to the "free trial" you're paying and there is no way to cancel! I've had to reach out to my card provider to try to stop the charges!

They over charge. They say they charge 13 credits for a minute but consistently charge much more, almost twice as much in some instances. They have no customer service. Only Bot is available for reporting issues, and when you do, you get an email asking you to provide more details with a promise to get back to you and they never do.

I got a 50% discount on the basic plan. Well, that was good, but when I checked my credit cards I noticed that I was charged not only 50% off, but additionally 100% from a different email address that I had used in the past. Both charges on the same day, even though I hadn't used the older email address there for quite some time. I canceled that "subscription" ASAP, but we'll see whether I get any money back. This has never happened to be before. Very shady business.

The service is alright, buty issues aren't with the service. It's the fact that I cancelled my account, but they are still trying to charge me at least three times(Luckily, I put a card that doesn't have any money on it for the free trial).

This screams shady. You also aren't able to get ahold of their customer service team for them to manually cancel the account, either.
