I’ve ordered an outfit from them, never been delivered, the Yodel delivery marked it as delivered but in the picture are my neighbour legs and no parcel. I ask for refund or to investigate the missing delivery but none of them is helping me out. The worst website I ever use, luckily I haven’t ordered more items and I was scammed only with £40.

This company advertises goods that do not match what you receive. Real fake goods and then you have to pay extortionate costs to return them back to China.

Absolute shocking service and quality. The delivery was unclear, extended and missed Christmas, the tracking is a joke with no clear visibility. I can’t even comment on the product. To photograph a woollen coat and supply some composite material item is absolutely diabolical, and to suggest it’s heavily discounted is disgusting and illegal. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering my wife’s last minute Christmas present!

I think I’ve had enough now, I am going through my credit card to gain full refund under fraud, I have also contacted the uk trading standards . I have now realised that the website is not English , not Dutch but looks like directly linked to a company in china

Why is this company still allowed to trade? They are SCAMMERS in the first degree, BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their returns policy is ZERO and will cost more if used! They send the same reply to every review as well!

If I could give them -5 Stars i would, don't order from this Company ordered a winter cardigan which arrived it was made of cheap Polyester & looked nothing like the garment advertised, BUY AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the product is very poor, and delivery took weeks. Despite advertising a 30-day return policy on their website, when I requested a return I was asked to provide photos of the goods. Even though the items were unused and still in their original packaging, my return was refused.

Instead, they suggested I purchase something else from their website for the same value, which is not a genuine refund or return. In reality, there appears to be no proper returns policy despite what is stated on their site.

I would strongly advise staying well clear of this company.

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars. As everyone else has said, the product you receive is nothing like the website images, they make it difficult to try and return an item by having to email them first, then give you options of a "store credit" or a 10% refund, or return the item that they go into detail to tell you how hard it will be and how long it will take plus may cost you as much as or more than the item you purchased. Avoid this website at all costs!

Don't buy from here.
Quality is very low, it's basically drop shipping, the returns cost more than the orginal cost price.

I can't put zero stars. If I could I certainly would. I can't attach photos either. If I could of show you a comparison of what is advertised compared to what is sent. It's dismal crap. It really is poor quality printed trash. I bought a women cardigan for my wife. It looked really nice and very high quality. They sent a printed hoodie. They literally printed a wool pattern on the hoodie and then when I asked for a refund they offered 10% I argued more they went up to 20% or I could send the item back at a cost of £25 postage plus customs fees. I argued some more. They offered me 40%. After this I took screenshots of my entire conversation and photos of the garment and the advertised product. Opened up a payment reversal request with my back and they put in a claim with the card. The company then gave me a full refund. It took some fighting but I eventually got it back. This company claim to operate out of the UK but headquartered in Denmark. But they ship from China. They are fraudsters and should be avoided at all costs.

They lure you in with fake pictures and then send you an item from China. They hook you in with the delivery, but it's a scam as you have to return the item to China if you're unhappy with it.

Received a product of awful quality with absolutely no resemblance to the picture online. Very disappointed as this was for a Christmas present. When trying to get a refund the company won’t answer my emails meaning I can’t get the address to return it meaning I’m stuck with the product. Such a waster of money!

Quality of the item is so poor, the material is awful and customer service although prompt with response's the return policy is ridiculous. Cost to return £25 plus, will give 10% of original cost as refund or will give credit minus £7.50 for postage. complete scam avoid at all costs.
Having now had the standard response they send to every customer who has given them a 1 star rating which is everyone, It makes it even more farcical, when they have no real morals or customer service to rectify the issue. How can these companies get away with this.

Awful experience- wish I’d checked here before wasting my money!!

A truly dreadful company, I wish I had checked the reviews first. I thought I was buying from a genuine retailer but instead like others found I was buying awful quality that did not reflect the product and a near non existent returns policy that costs a fortune to return to China.
Awful, please avoid

Bought believing I was supporting a genuine small company producing hand knitted articles. In stead of a chunky knit cardigan I received a cheap , thin printed object which was nothing like advertised and made in China - not Scandinavia.
I researched too late and found all the bad reviews.
I’ve always tried to support small businesses but never again !!!
This is a complete scam

Awful quality and nothing like that pictured at the time of purchase.
It is on the consumer to pay the large cost to return the item to China even though the item provided is very different.
Avoid

I ordered a jumper which looked knitted but it was a scam of a picture. The item that arrived was not even worth £1 from a market. The quality was so so poor. The item also arrived damaged with 2 buttons missing. I emailed to ask for a refund and they said they cannot refund me and tried offering me free items or like 5% off to keep the damaged item. They then increased the percentage to 10% to keep the item, and they said I have to pay my own return costs to get a full refund. The customer service is so bad they don’t even read what you say to them and ignore you. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.
