Excellent service and friendly staff. No hard sell and the choice of guitars is impressive. I have used this shop on many occasions and the guitars I have bought are very good quality and really good value. After a bad experience with a music shop in Liverpool, this is a refreshing change.

Great personal service. There is a great range of guitars and accessories for beginners and professional musicians at competitive prices. Dave, who owns the store, is a great guy who is always ready to help and give advice when needed. The amplifier I bought is great and was delivered the next day. Definitely my go to music store.

Great service
Great service, first time i have used them but after receiving 5 ***** service will be back. I telephoned company because i forgot to add something to my basket, within minutes all was sorted and goods posted out. Received my parcel 2 days later.

Perfect experience
Perfect experience shopping online at Symphony music.
1. After searching around I know I got a very competetive price on the orange head and speaker I bought.
2. I ordered the item on Saturday afternoon the 14th and received my item on Wednesday the 18th. Excellent considering the time of the year and the fact they are closed on Sundays.
3 I bought the item using the 0% finance option they offered and everything was easy to complete.
Easy to recommend Symphony music based on the above.
