I ordered a squire classic vibe 60's stratocaster in lake placid blue, it came beautifully set up absolutely perfect out the box, i can honestly say its one of the best guitars ive played and i have played quite a lot. This is my pride and joy now very happy with it.

I phone up the company and the lady went above and beyond to help me to make sure I got the right case for the guitar, and sent photo’s of said guitar in the case I wanted to purchase on line , and case arrived promptly and was extremely well packaged.

A simple online purchase. I was kept well informed of delivery and item arrived well packaged and on time. This was one retailer of very few that had the item I wanted ( a Taylor wave bridge saddle).

From start to finish the communication and information shared between myself and the team led to me buying a guitar that arrived as described. The packaging was superb, the guitar had obviously been cared for even though it was second hand, and the setup and attention to detail down to even the tremolo arm being wrapped and the guitar being cleaned were superb. I am so happy to have stumbled across Symphony Music in Wigan whilst searching for a new guitar.

Dave was so helpful answering all my questions regarding a resale Fender Pro ii Strat; They accurately described its condition and history.

Dave was extremely patient and quick to answers my emails and when I requested a different string gauge this wasn’t a problem at all.

Due to work commitments, I placed the order late in the evening and after initially having problems with Apple Pay, I was amazed to receive an email from Dave not and automated response, confirming the order had been received and would be processed. The guitar was dispatched the next day and arrived before lunch the day after.

I am delighted to say it’s exactly as described and wow it’s fantastic, it’s like new and I even had some extras as well thank you.

I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. It’s just a shame they are in Wigan and I’m In Sussex, as if this is the online service, face to face must be on another level.
