I bought my guitar online and arrived in good condition and well packaged like to thank technicians on the guitar setup it's just what I asked for, the service I had was spot on liked to thank Dave on the communications we had by email he sorted it all out, I would not hesitate in buying again from symphony music in the future.

Ordered an Epiphone Les Paul Special from here as it was the only place that had it in stock. Was delivered to Scotland within 2 days. Excellent service and decent prices. Will only be using these guys in future.

Had a tuning issue thought I would need new machine heads However once the instore
Repairer inspected guitar resolved issue with sound advice rather than selling parts that were not required

Item I wanted was in stock and was posted very quickly. The guitar was well packed for transit. It had clearly had a set-up before it was sent, which was very pleasing, as it meant the guitar was playable as soon as it arrived.

We live slightly off the main road and some delivery companies have difficulty finding us. I was impressed that Symphony listened and were prepared to go with Royal Mail for me as they never miss. All worked well and it was a stress free delivery. I was equally impressed with the professional way in which my initial query was handled over the phone. I have say that the price was really good as well. Thoroughly recommended and I will be back fir more.

I have not used the item I purchased yet , But was by far the best price around for this item by a long way , so if I need anything like this again for my music I will definitely look here first , was good service as well received it item within 4 days , so thanks
