Buying from Symphony Music is one of the best decision's I've made this year. Dave answered all my questions promptly and assured me about what was going to happen with my delivery, given it was Easter weekend. Despite this, the order got to me in less than 12 hours after dispatch, in perfect condition and easy to set up. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Love my new taylor 114e was delivered within 2 days which is pretty quick and I love playing my new guitar.

I visited Symphony for the first time to try out a couple of Strats that I saw online - one used, one new. I liked both but decided on a new Am Pro ii HSS in Sienna Sunburst, trading in a 2005 Tele Deluxe. The service from Dave and Michelle was welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. I was given as much time as I wanted without any pressure. I was given a clear, fair trade-in price. A great customer experience. Able to make a confident purchase that I am very pleased with. After retiring decided to learn the guitar and take up some lessons. Symphony Music was recommended to me so decided to look into lessons with them. Found the staff and tutors to be very friendly, helpful and extremely professional in their approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone for music lessons or looking to buy instruments.

I bought an acoustic Fender on E Bay. Unfortunately one of the tuning pegs got broken in transit.
After looking at various music shops, I took the guitar to Symphony Music Wigan and asked them to repair it.
I can only say that I received fantastic service from Dave and Michelle. They also did some other repairs which I asked for. The jobs were completed in a day, and I received a text saying I could pick the guitar up.
Prompt and efficient repairs done professionally.
They are both very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending them if you have any instrument issues, or are looking for new or used.

Symphony Music are an excellent on-line store, my items were delivered very promptly with excellent communication at every stage of the purchase.

Found exactly what we wanted on the website, easy to order and prompt and safe delivery.

Prompt delivery, however, courier company gave no indication of when guitar would be delivered and I came home from work to discover that it had been left outside.

Staff are always lovely and more than happy to help out in anyway possible. Always a welcoming feel in the shop and also have a huge array of guitars for a smaller shop! Could not recommend more highly for anyone wanting music gear

Johnny has been teaching my 5 year old son drums for a few months now. My son absolutely loves his lessons,always looks forward to them, and Johnny is so patient with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Had an issue with flaw in a guitar, which was last of stock. Could have been offered an immediate refund, but in the end decided to upgrade. The attention to detail in the series of resulting emails at all times of the day together with the delivery the next day was beyond belief. David Bamford is a class act!
