It doesn't work on my OS Mojave with my iPhone SE. No response from Syncios support nor money back. It looks to me more like a very dishonest deal and company than a valid solid program. I feel cheated.

Syncios Mobile Manager truly worked. I used it to transfer photos, music, and videos from my PC to my phone for free. Thanks~

For few years I have been using Syncios. Originally I needed to transfer the data, mostly my contacts and photos, from Samsung phone to a new iphone. Syncios was the best program to do that task effortlessly. In addition, I used Syncios to backup my cell phones to my laptop. This was a reliable way to have the backup, especially my contacts, available to me and to be able to transfer them to any other phone if needed. Recently I needed to migrate to the new Syncios version. The Support team helped me to update without having to pay for a new purchase. I am very pleased with Syncios and the support team and would recommend it.

I discovered Syncios Mobile Manager a few years ago, after experiencing iTunes which turned out to be a real nightmare to me (and most users that I know).

As opposed to iTunes, which may sometimes result in losing data, Syncios is a smart, secure and user friendly piece of software allowing easy data transfer from laptop to iPhone and reverse. Data can be either photos, music, notes etc.

Should you wish to upload and listen to your favorite music from an iPhone, there's nothing simpler. You just need to connect it to your laptop, select the folder(s) where music is stored and click "Transfer", then it is quickly uploaded to the smartphone.
You can also remove any piece of music or all music from your smartphone, with only one click ! Same with photos, notes, etc. You can even backup and restore all data from your iPhone, or restore it to another iPhone. There’s no limit !

If you ever tried to experience iTunes for the same purpose, then you will see the difference !
Syncios is definitely the smartest way to transfer data from laptop to iPhone and forget about the complexity and heaviness of iTunes.

My advice : just try it and you won't be able to do without it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I purchased the mobile manager on 13th March 22 and despite me following all the troubleshooting tips and downloading and re installing the product numerous times It would not work on my computer. So I removed the program and requested a refund back from Syncios. Despite their refund policy saying they would refund with 24-48 hours 6 days later I still haven't received it not despite sending 4 emails requesting they pay it. I have started a Paypal claim against them now to recover my money $70.75c AUD.

Originally purchased syncios ultimate. This was later incompatible with some versions of iOS. So they replaced it with another product with similar functionality albeit for some of the features in ultimate they needed to be purchased. So in effect purchased twice. The software is pretty good at what it does and I will still use it as the other option would be iTunes which is overly complex compared to syncios.

I bought a license of Syncios WhatsApp Transfer application for Mac OSX. It installed fine, but when I tried to transfer and merge chats directly between two iPhones it failed after many attempts, showing at the end an "unsolvable error" message. I tried also first making a local backup from one phone to the computer and then restoring/merging a few chats in the other phone, which again did not work. This time the error messages were more informative, but weird or not real. One error/tip asked me to disable Find My iPhone, which I did. Another error indicated that WhatsApp should be active in the target phone, when it was already activated. I tried again several times. I first thought that the problem was caused by the backup file being too big. However, the application also failed when I selected just a tiny chat to be recovered/merged into the target iPhone. The support service promised a solution from R&D after I sent log files, but the solution did not come. I have now found several very positive and very negative reviews of this application, which makes me doubt that the very positive ones are just fake reviews to advertise the application.

When I bought two new phones for myself and my daughter, I needed a quick and simple solution to transfer the data (clone the phones) from my old phones (Samsung A5 phone, Android 8 & Samsung A20, Android 11) to new ones (OnePlus Nord, Android 11). After very pleasant experience with CopyTrans software for iPhones, I decided to find a similar solution for Android based phones. Syncios came as a top rated software for doing this, as according to their description, exactly what I wanted. The trial version would only allow you to copy a few items, so I bought a lifetime licence for £35.94 on 17th of December 2021.
After spending about 2 hours I have managed to backup my data from one phone, then 2 hours later from another one. It took about the same time to restore the data on new phones. And it this point I realised, that the data were not cloned as expected – yes, the contacts, sms messages and call logs were transferred, but nothing else was properly copied. The whole photos were dumped into a single folder, which software created on the phone (exception are screenshots), no any custom folders in a camera roll were preserved. Apps were transferred, but without any settings or data. After resetting new phones, I have tried the process few more times thinking that I might missed something, but had no luck.
Basically, after spending about two days trying to clone/backup/restore my phones, I gave up, did all the data transfer manually and installed my apps.
Being completely unsatisfied with the product, I have asked the company for a full refund on 26th of December 2021 and uninstalled the software from my PC.
Now, the company replied and asked me to engage with a troubleshooting of their software. Unless I do what they ask and provide the information needed, they are not going to refund me, also stated from their terms and conditions - “We do not accept a refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the Syncios support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the Syncios support team.”
First thing is that, after wasting so much time, I have already transferred the data to both phones and I am not in the position of repeating whole process again. I do not think any person would be keen to engage in a troubleshooting process unless they have plenty of spare time on their hands and/or very interested in this exercise!
I am very sceptical on the positives reviews this software received and many recommendations. A refusal to do a full refund to a very unsatisfied customer and forcing this customer to get involved in a troubleshooting process, when it is clear that it is very difficult to achieve (data has been transferred manually already) and it very time consuming, rings the bells aloud. I my opinion, if you really have a good product, then a one off unsatisfied customer is not really a problem!
I lost the money buying a product, which did not provide a swift solution as they claim – “One Click Phone to Phone Transfer - Simple, Quick, Safe” and therefore it is not fit for purpose in my opinion!

Terrible, Terrible & I should also mention TERRIBLE?
I downloaded their software for transferring Whatsapp from Android to iPhone using my mac. Mac security recommends NOT installing as it can't be checked for malicious software! I contacted Syncios & received a rude response which included a guide to bypass all my security written in Romanian (I had to check a sample on google translate), which was a guide to open your system to any threat available!...
You are more likely to see a polar bear running a BBQ on a beach in Miami, than you are of seeing a refund

Do not go through these guys. The software is slow and fails a lot. And the customer service is rude. They say offer money back guarantee and they do not follow through with it. I suggest you do a bit more research and find someone else more worthy of your money.

The amount of permissions this app requires really concerns me.

I'm safety conscious and this app just could not deliver.

Syncios was a very nice alternative to iTunes. Something went wrong and I could not get it going again. Maybe an update issue?
Anyway, I contacted support and everything went south from there.
I received a reply that they emailed me a new registration code, never got it.
That was Oct 13, 2021, no response since.

Sad.

I was worried if Syncios Mobile Manager can let me preview and selectively transfer photos so I asked their support team, and they are explain its functions to me in detail and told me that transfer photos are totally free. They are very patient and answer every my question about the product, so after trying the free version and Syncios worked well, I bought it immediately to transfer other files. And so far it works perfectly. I totally recommend it.

destroyed my whatsapp, lost all history

Advertises as a completely unlocked 7 day trial. Extremely limits options for trial. Even lists fake review stating that the trial is completely unlocked and doesn't hide features behind a paywall when it actually does.

The worst app and support ever, fraudulent company, beware guys, don't believe what their website says. It's a 0% satisfaction guarantee. I bought it to transfer some app data, but it didn't support that, so I asked for a refund as it wasn't useful for what it said it was. My refund request had been ignored for over 3 weeks, so I had to involve my bank and reseller paddle.net, which they use to get payments, to get this sorted. DON'T BUY THIS APP, YOU'LL REGRET IT AS I DID.

UPDATE: Replying on 06/03/2025 almost after 4 years. This is how you improve things. Not recommended waste of money.

Be aware with this app.
It requires a lot of low level permission and install a customized whatsapp version.
Actually you may lose control of all your contents (they could be transfered elsewhere, read or used against you).
Moreover uninstalling original whatsapp you lose all messages until latest backup.
BE AWARE TO USE THIS APP

The app only opens folders that support "sharing".
I wanted to access some app files but because they do not support sharing I could not enter.
Syncios cannot enter these files, even though their advertising says it can.
Stay away from this garbage, it's no better than itunes.
I tried to get a refund and they said no, I was within the 5 days but they still refused it.

Update: I changed my review because I finally got a refund.

NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS ! IT HAS DELETED ALL MY WHATSAPP MESSAGES FOREVER.
