I have been using Syncios Mobile Manager since Apr. 5 and I must say that this mobile management software has versitile features like data transfer between phone and computer, one-click backup and ringtones maker... With this tool, I would not be afraid to lose some important files again since Syncios helps me backup all types of data in just few minutes.

I download Syncios Whatsapp Transfer today, just one click that all my WA chatting data are saved on my computer so that I can browse the photos, the videos, or the attachments, It's too convenient. Thank you Syncios Team!

I tried to use Syncios Whatsapp Transfer Tool. After lots of attempts, they finally told me my chat was too big for the tool, despite this not being stated when purchasing.
I am trying to get a refund for the subscription, as the tool is useless to me if it can't do this, but they are not replying about this so far.

Regretfully I have to post a poor review because of their after sales service and refusal to help solve my problem. I have given two stars, instead of one, because they did make contact over the Christmas holidays. I bought the WhatsApp transfer device, I needed to move my chats from iPhone to android. The back up worked a treat and I could see all my chats from the iPhone WhatsApp on my Syncios app on my Mac. However I could not then transfer them from the Mac to the android. I had lots of problems with the software crashing but on a few occasions it stated the back up was complete. When I opened WhatsApp it wasn’t complete and the chats were not as per the app on the Mac. I sent Syncios all the screenshots of the app and new WhatsApp to prove it didn’t work, I sent copies of the logs, screenshots of errors. I spent hours over Christmas trying to fix this. All I got from their customer service was either ‘what’s the problem’, ‘we can see it worked’ or ‘send us screenshots’ when I repeatedly explained the problem, proved it didn’t work and sent many many attachments. I have requested a refund three times but they won’t answer that request. I’d prefer if they got it to work but failing that give me back my money please.

Does not work, you pay the money and it still says “trial version” takes forever to “download data” and doesn’t actually download anything, then tells you to re-connect your phone, absolute waste of time and money.

I wanted to transfer data from an older Samsung Galaxy S7 to the newer Galaxy S10 (with their Syncios Data Transfer) and I barely started the transfer, when the program stopped at 5 files per category and prompted me to pay in order to do a transfer. After I paid, it didn't even transfer App Data, only the apps... thanks for nothing, I could have done that with other free tools or with a simple Google Play Store "Download all" option!!

The whatsapp chats backup process in the iPhones has become very irritating and cumbersome lately. I wanted to store all my whatsapp messages and media in a local computer as a backup but I could not succeed. There seems to be some bug in whatsapp for iphones where the whatsapp backup stops after a while and the data is not backed up to the cloud for some reason. This has happened with my iphone Xs and my dad’s iphone Xr as well.

I went through a lot of resources on how to fix this issue. For ex: MobileTrans listed “15 ways to fix this issue”. I literally tried every possible option out of those 15 options, but trust me nothing worked. I also went through a couple of other resources but I could not find a fix through these as well.

At a point when I gave up and was completely frustrated, I came across Syncios Whatsapp Transfer . When I went through the website, it said that this application backups whatsapp chats from phone to computer and also restores the chats back to the phone from the computer. Initially, I was very sceptical and was not really convinced whether this would do the job for me as a couple of other applications for whatsapp backup were not really helpful to me and my job was not done.

However, I thought I’ll give it a try and downloaded the application on my computer. It had the best UI and on starting the application, it showed me four options (a) Backup Whatsapp, (b) Restore WhatsApp from local backup, (c) Restore whatsapp from iTunes backup and (d) Transfer whatsapp between two devices. These options were very straightforward and can be understood by everyone very easily unlike other applications where I took some time in figuring out things. The UI was simply amazing and each option had a brief description which made the job more easier.

Since, I wanted to backup my whatsapp chats from my phone to the computer, I chose the first option of backing up messages to the computer. All you have to do is connect the phone to your computer and you are just once click away from backing up your whatsapp messages to the computer. The process is very simple and even an amateur can get this done very easily. The speed at which the data is backed up to the computer is simple amazing. It hardly took 30 seconds to backup all my whatsapp chats.

The most amazing part comes now. Usually, in google drive and iCloud backups, we cannot read the messages and see the images/video until we restore them back to the phone. The syncios app has an incredible UI where they highlight all the messages (personal and group messages) along with the images. I was truly amazed by this app and I heartfully thank the developers of this application for doing a great job in developing such an app which is super useful to many users like me.
Syncios also has other exciting products like a) Syncios Data recovery, b) Syncios Data transfer, c) Syncios manager, d) Data eraser etc. I’m really looking forward to download all the applications and use these for my daily needs. I’d personally suggest everyone to try out Syncios and I’m sure it’ll not let you down. I’m sure you’ll be so overwhelmed that you’ll end up recommending this application to all your friends and relatives.

I just use your tool since less than one hour but I feel already so grateful to be able to manage my contacts and files with your free version that I would be happy to support you and buy your product if I can afford. Enjoy your weekend and thank you for your software!

Little bit tricky to setup .

Im a little bit concerned about privacy with this tool , it requires you to " Debug your usb " and then that makes
You a developer , so in theory that would allow Syncios to access your phone ?

These SCUM wasted HOURS of my time by advertising they had a product for transferring music from iPod to iTunes.
After HOURS of tyrying to make it work, I find a little line hidden in the documentation that states it only works with fliipin iPod TOUCH!?!?!? What the HELL? Why would you pretend you have iPod transfer software at all if it only works with ONE SPECIFIC MODEL? Seriously, I've never enountered anything more amateur in my life.

I'm getting trouble in transferring iTunes Music to my iPod Touch, and my friend recommended to use Syncios. And yes, they made it without using iTunes! Impressive! And I just switched my data from old iPhone 7 to iPhone 11 yesterday. Thank you so much.

thanks for such a great program.I use Syncios manager and always have been a pleasure. I tried with some other software from several companies but no one even gets closer to yours. They are basically cheap copies of your original concept.
