I purchased a light from this company because it advertised an address in my city in Canada and in the Netherlands. I assumed, like others, that the light would meet Canadian electrical standards. Just to be sure, I checked with its customer support before ordering. The light arrived without wiring instructions nor the usual mounting bracket for junction boxes used in Canada.

I still like the light so will purchase the couple of pieces missing to mount it.

Buyer Beware

I ordered two pendant lights in the white finish shown on the website, but received the black versions instead. The lights also came with silver screws that don’t match the black bases, raising further concerns about the accuracy and quality of the products.

When I called the phone number listed on the website, I was told that the business had been sold a couple of years ago and that I would need to contact them by email. I was also disappointed to discover that this is not a Canadian company.

Resolving the issue by email required considerable back-and-forth. My direct question about the white version I had selected was never answered, and instead, I was offered only a 20% partial refund.

This left me questioning whether the white version advertised on the website is actually available and whether the product images accurately represent the items being sold.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected to receive the products as advertised and straightforward customer service when something went wrong. I would encourage others to do their research carefully before purchasing.

We ordered two lights from this company. To date, only one has arrived and it is damaged and missing pieces. I contacted their customer service email to let them know and even though I have sent picture evidence, they are denying that it is damaged/incomplete and refusing to give a refund. Their refund policy states that they will pay return shipping if the item arrives damaged, or not as described, but they are not honouring that promise. I would not purchase anything from this company again. I've been trying to resolve my issue for over a week, they won't give me a phone number to call so everything is back and forth over email. I'm very frustrated.

I purchased a light fixture online from this company, as they specifically stated they serviced Canadians and shipping ONLY within Canada. My expectation was I would at least get a legal, certified light fixture. Instead, I received something much smaller than depicted on their site, with no CSA/ESA electrical certification evidence (no stickers, no documentation). It was fully disassembled. Wiring was thin and cheap, backings were plastic. no assembly instructions. When asked to provide evidence of certification and documentation, they evaded the question - several times. They offered the typical 20-30% refund unless I mailed back the product, to China. They insist on a tracking number for any returned product, which significantly increases the price to return. I paid $143 for the fixture; shipping it back would cost over $180. I've disputed the charge with my financial institution under the category of 'Significantly Not as Described' or 'Fraudulent
Misrepresentation', indicating that the merchant fulfilled my order with an illegal product -under
Canadian electrical safety standards, it is unlawful to sell or distribute non-certified electrical hardware. I've also filed reports with Health Canada, the Competition Bureau, the Better Business Bureau, and the Electrical Safety Authority.

Crooks. Recieved damaged lights. Damage to metal work, scratches and dents. Heavily damaged packaging. Failed to acknowledge any damage to the lights, despite photographic evidence. Still no refund as they refuse to cover return costs back to China.

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!!

They sent us completely CRACKED light fixtures from top to bottom, and they do not even function (wrong voltage and incorrect wiring, confirmed by a licensed electrician).

Cheap Chinese junk with awful customer service.

They refused to refund the products, citing their 30-day return policy, even though we were only about 3 days past the ''deadline''. We were renovating our house, so the fixtures stayed in their original boxes until our electrician came to install them.

Their own website states:

"Under the Canadian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not meet acceptable quality standards."

Yet they completely refused to honor that policy.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the Office de la protection du consommateur in Québec.

Awful experience. Stay away.

They sent me a dented light fixture that doesn't work and now they're making it an absolute nightmare to get any help. They are requiring a video of the problem, aka a video of the light not turning on. We already took the broken light back down and reinstalled the old fixture but to be able to return this without paying out the ear for shipping, we have to reinstall it and send them a video of it not turning on. They also said all the dents and chips in the paint don't warrant a complaint.
