Great EPOS System

We moved over to Syrve last year from another system and haven't looked back. The transition was smooth, constantly have received great service and the reliability has been clear from day one. Their customer service is fantastic — any issues we've had have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The team is very helpful and always on hand to support us across both our UK and European sites. Highly recommended!

Firstly, I feel completely confident in saying that the positive reviews here are fake. Some of them mention using Syrve for 15 years, yet they have existed for 2. You can see on Companies House if you search Syrve LTD that they were established in 2022.
I cannot stress enough: USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. Epos Now, Square, Toast, Lightspeed, anyone. For anyone who thinks this might be a competitor trying to damage their competition, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to explain exactly how and why Syrve are the biggest damage you could possibly do to your business.
Now, on to the service. Syrve are easily the biggest cowboys in the POS business. They promised us everything that the big companies offered and we ended up choosing them for our new business as they integrated with Dojo, with whom we had great card rates. The damage done to our business as a direct result of Syrve's software and hardware failures is absolutely astronomical. Every feature you could possibly need failed at some point, very often costing us greatly during busy services. The support is in the form of a telegram chat operated abroad by incompetent drones that haven't ever been briefed on your situation. The back office software is like coding on Windows 95. Everything is counter-intuitive and difficult to use. The QR code ordering that we were promised from the beginning still doesn't work 9 months later and we have been charged for it throughout. They are currently disputing all refunds with us despite a complete failure on their part.
If you can think of something that could go wrong, I would bet by bottom dollar that it WILL if you use Syrve.

The worst part is: no one seems to know why nothing works or when it will be fixed. The team were unable to give any timeline on when the QR code ordering issues we had would be fixed whilst charging us month on month for the service.

Just don't use it.

Easy and practical EPOS. Great Customer Service.

Syrve - previously known as iiko is an excellent EPOS system. Been using for last 5 years and no disappointment at all. The licence Fees is an excellent value. Remote customer service through Telegram Apps is 1st class. Their response is prompt within couple of minutes and they will stay on helping until assistance is complete. I have used many different types of EPOS in my working career. This one am using for my own business. A very happy client.

Versatile POS and Stock Management…

Versatile POS and Stock Management system. We are using Syrve for 6 years across 15 locations at the moment. The software has many options to offer from POS, inventory management, supply chain management to online channels. They are always open for feedback and happy to make their system to work for your needs. 24/7 online support is amazing, no more waiting in the queue for hours if you would like to speak with someone. Dedicated account manager is always responsive and helpful to advise with system setups. I would like to say a big thank you and well done for Andy, Russell and Oliver for their ongoing support!

Excellent POS System

Excellent POS System – Reliable, Intuitive, and Great Support!
We've been using Syrve Uk for Many years now, and it’s been a game-changer for our business. The system is incredibly user-friendly, even for staff who aren't tech-savvy. Setup was quick and smooth, and the interface is clean and intuitive.
What really stands out is the customer support – responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any time we had a question or needed help customizing features, they were just a call or message away.
Reporting tools are detailed and easy to understand, which helps a lot with day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Inventory management is also a breeze now – everything is in sync and accurate in real time.
Highly recommend Syrve Uk to any business looking for a modern, reliable, and supportive POS solution. Worth every penny!

Syrve: A Game-Changer

I can confidently say that switching to Syrve has been one of the best decisions we've made at SKVP. The support and onboarding during transition was detailed, well planned and done with minimal downtime. The resulting impact on our operations has been phenomenal.

Syrve's EPOS system is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Our staff picked it up quickly, which minimised training time and costs. The robust reporting features have given us invaluable insights into our sales and inventory, allowing us to make data-driven decisions that have significantly improved our efficiency.

Avoid. Shop around before investing time & money.

Avoid. Shop around before investing time & money in a company that over promises and way, way under delivers.
I would seriously think again about using Syrve. As the formerly named Iiko, our ePOS and kitchen order management worked quite well, never functioned exactly as we had been promised, but not too many complaints.
Since becoming Syrve however, and using their -'eatmeonline' ecommerce site for our online orders, we have had no end of problems, which have been going on for nearing a year to date, and have almost almost certainly resulted in losses of thousands of pounds.
Syr've Online Ordering site is the most unreliable software I can imagine is out there, if there is anything less fit for purpose I would be very surprised. The 'support chat' to somewhere in Russia is absolutely atrocious. They try to tell us we're wrong, imagining things, that they haven't been tinkering with the software in the background and causing a plethora of brand new, resultant bugs, that it's all working fine. This is after we have calls from customers unable to use the site. Informing us of bugs and error codes, user-unfriendly features, etc. It makes our business look shambolic. The fixes normally cause even more issues, spiralling into so much chaos and stress we wonder why we ever asked for support, or what the original issue even was.
Most emails to a person at Syvre go unanswered. We've waited for 4 months for a replacement cable for KDS screen, despite numerous emails, not even a reply to requests for what cable we needed so I could buy one elsewhere.
To feel totally ignored, as if is our business and livelihoods are irrelevant is quite shocking. How a company with such an appalling attitude to aftercare, and providing a system that is fit for purpose and bug free, can survive and operate I can't understand.
I suppose it's because once the initial investment in expensive hardware is made the customer is pretty stuck and tied in.
After a year of giving them chance after chance I've had enough. Next course of action is to seek compensation for damages to our business and loss of sales.
We have been used as guinea pigs for a software system that is so for off being workable, or having any degree of reliability, that what we're paying for feels more like a joke - or a scam.
After 2 months of initial setup problems, a high-up even admitted as much, that, 6 months prior, the system was 'unsellable'. I specifically questioned how their business could possibly be surviving, if hundreds of their customers were having the same issues as us; at which point he confessed we were only one of 3. This is, in my opinion, a system in Beta, and my company has quite truthfully been used as a test subject.
Where else would you spend money on something that has such a negative impact on your business?
There really should be a certain degree of guaranteed reliability prior to any product going on sales - as with other sectors - from electronics to cars & toys, where certain standards must be met; it seems with software it's a complete free for all. Unregulated, and companies can get away with taking your money for something that's so badly made it may as well be scrapped.
I'm disgusted with the service and products provided by Syrve.
Thinking about the costs our business has incurred through their incompetence makes me question what kind of world we are living in.
To get 'Sorry for the inconvenience' adds insult to injury. What are these people thinking? Not a lot by the look of it. They have my money, do they care much more than that?
