Not worth the money
We visited the Széchenyi Spa today (October 9th) and were very disappointed. We had heard so much about how this was a must-do experience in Budapest, but upon arrival, you descend into old, worn-out basement corridors with showers where the water barely flows because the showerheads are clogged with corrosion. Furthermore, the smaller indoor pools were full of dirt and grime. The large outdoor pool was closed and drained; the only outdoor pool worth using was the hot water one. The exterior of the building also didn't look like it was being maintained. We didn't even stay an hour before leaving—it was far from worth the money.
