I got a product that I wanted at a really good price, it was dispatched quickly and was delivered by 1st Class Post the next day.

Very quick delivery especially as it was over the Christmas period. Great iPad case which replaces the exact same one which was battered with overuse. Really happy I managed to find an exact replacement. Very happy with my experience.

Pretty good used product. I was happy with the discounted price since it was used like new, but the back clip of the monitor does not fully click into the stand which makes it feel slightly precarious.

I bought a refurbished Geobook and it came in the original box and honestly it was like brand new. Runs fast and has no problems.

Ordered a samsung monitor on there ebay store that wasn’t working correctly with my MacBook. I opened a return and was told by them to pay for the return postage however ebay told me i should not as the seller is liable. They did in the end arrange a collection from my house so i thank them for that, Fast forward the item was delivered back to them and they are not responding to my ebay messages. I have all the proof it was returned back to them along with the collection tracking they themselves booked yet i cannot contact them anymore on ebay as the message does not go through and today ive recieved a policy warning email from ebay saying i entered the wrong return reason by saying it wasn’t working when in eBay's eyes it was working... I’m not sure what they have said to ebay but this is very crafty behaviour from this seller. I have emailed there sales email address directly and im currently awaiting a response from them (date 12th of december) They have the expensive £900+ monitor back with them as well as my money so if i recieve no response to my email then i have no choice but to take legal action and dispute with my amex card.

Edit: i have searched there ebay account and i see the monitor that i returned to them has been re-listed for sale!! Item number 176098283483 I know it’s the exact same one since it has this very specific dent at the back of it and they clearly show this in the photos. When i bought the monitor it was described as refurbished and came with this specific same dent. Also they have not responded to any of my emails and 48 hours have passed…If anyone buys from them just know this seller is selling stolen goods that they do not own. I’ve returned it back to them and they don’t even bother refunding me or respond to my messages but they relist the item that i’ve paid for… they have time to relist the monitor that i returned back to them but they do not respond to my message or refund me? That is fraud!! Avoid them they are absolutely disgusting its clear to say i have been scammed by them.

So i am now taking this further with small claims court as i have a lot of evidence to pursue this as well as contacting my card provider. This is a big warning if you ever decide to buy from the owner of this company TOMAS THORLEY just know he is a criminal and won’t refund you if you return your goods. And he will fraudulently resell the goods you bought and retuned without refunding you. I also see they have done this to other people after reading there reviews. AVOID

They sent me a "refurbished" item that came in a box filled with MOLD, clearly very used cables, and refused to do anything unless I sent back the item and all the packaging, which would be LITERALLY ILLEGAL as the entire thing was contaminated with mold. I want to upload photos so you can see how serious I am but this form doesn't have the option.

I rate no stars at all, AVOID THIS COMPANY - scam

I paid 1.2k for a laptop…. They sent the wrong one out, couldn’t call them, lack of communication, they offered for me to send it back for a refund, which I do not trust with the other reviews, they said they would upgrade my ram as I paid for 32gb, they give me 16gb… it’s not what I paid for, they offered to upgrade the ram, but that meant sending the laptop back their way which didn’t even have bubble wrap for protection, I refused their offer and said couldn’t you just send the remaining ram out to me and I will do it myself, they refused that, after going around and around I have eventually come to the terms of my losses and I will upgrade it myself..
lost out on £300 as I could have bought a cheaper one.. they don’t give you what you WANT… you have been warned !!!

Item arrived on time and as described in origional box

Contacting Tab Retail by phone was unsuccessful after trying several times. Answerphone was all I could get, even at 10:30am on a weekday. However, placing on order online the following morning at 9:30 got an email reply at 9:35 confirming the order was successful. I received an email at 12:30 from DPD saying that the item was to be collected the same day. A second email from Tab retail confirmed the dispatch. Delivery was the following day.

I had to contact Tab retail regarding the guarantee period and received a reply later that day. Maybe I was unlucky with the phone initially but I wouldn't mark them down for that, considering the rest of the ordering experience was 1st class.
Well done Tab retail. Service was excellent and also, the price of the item I bought was the lowest I could find.

Have a slight problem with the order which was sorted out straight away. What a great company. 5 stars

Quick and very efficient service for Tab Retail..My new refurbished MacPro is exactly as described in excellent condition with original packaging. A real bargain as far as I’m concerned. Delivery was super-quick (only 2 days on a standard delivery which was free) Full 12 months warranty included.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying quality refurbished products.
