The customer service was on point and beautiful bag!
The customer service was on point. My bag was stuck in US customs for a bit and they reassured me it would get through and they had provided the right paperwork. They were right. But most importantly - this bag is incredible. In phenomenal shape and the care and packaging and authenticity proof. Such a great unique bag. Highly recommend!

Antwoord van Tabita Bags (tabitabags.ch)
Hi there!
Thank you so much for your review, and first of all, we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. We completely understand how worrying it is when a high-value order seems to take longer than expected.
We looked into your order and can confirm it was handed over to the postal service on Monday, December 22nd (the next working day after your purchase on Friday the 19th). According to the tracking, it was delivered today, December 30th.
We understand this timing still felt too long, and we truly appreciate your patience. Postal services can sometimes be slower than usual, especially around the holiday season. That said, we’re always here if you need anything, and we’d love to turn your experience around.
Thanks again for your support. If you have any issues or questions, we’re just a message away.
