I had an amazing experience ordering my daughter's prom dress from Tabja! I live in Mississippi, and since they’re located in the UK, I was a little nervous at first but everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. Communication was clear and consistent, which gave me peace of mind while waiting for my order.

The dress arrived right on time and was packaged beautifully, ensuring it was in perfect condition when I opened it. I was beyond impressed with the quality dress looked exactly like the picture online, if not better! The fit was absolutely perfect, and I didn’t need to get any alterations done at all, which is rare and such a huge plus.

Living all the way in Michigan I was extremely nervous about purchasing a dress so expensive without being able to visit the stores location however, Tabja made the entire process extremely easy from the measurements, payments and the shipping was very quick. Just received the dress! First off....I didn't expect it to arrive so fast. It was literally in Paris 2 days ago! When my daughter open the box and saw the dress, we both were amazed!!! You guys did an AMAZING job! I must admit I was a little apprehensive about ordering from Tabja, because they are in Kosovo and I stay in Detroit, Michigan. Florentino assured me everything will be great! The communication through Whatsapp was great, even being on 2 different sides of the world. We are very satisfied and this experience was top tier! They asked for measurements which eliminated us having to get the gown altered after arriving! It arrived exactly how it appeared online in a timely manner and fit perfectly!

I’m extremely satisfied with my dress! The dress is exactly like in the picture, even better in person. The material is excellent quality, it feels really nice and well made.
It also arrived on time, exactly when they said it would. The size fits perfectly, just as expected.I ordered from Croatia, and it really wasn’t a problem at all. At first I thought it might be complicated, but it wasn’t. The shipping was free, and I only had to pay 30€ for customs, which was totally fine. Everything went smoothly and arrived without any issues. I would definitely recommend this site for you.

I ordered the Ember Glow dress and I was nervous because of mixed reviews on tik tok. But waw it came in and I was in loveeee. So stunning!! Contacting the Tabja team was quite easy and they responded immediately every time. The dress came in two weeks after placing order. I definitely would purchase another dress from here.

I purchased a dress from this store for an important event, and unfortunately, it arrived with stitching already coming undone before I even wore it. I contacted the store immediately, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution.

Even though this was clearly a quality issue, they expected me to pay over 200€ for repairs or shipping. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from their customer service team.

I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

I ordered a dress on the website, they offered to make some adjustments to make sure it fits me but when it came, it was still too small for me. I reached out to them to explain the situation and to my surprise they offered to make me a new one with my measurements omg I screamedddd... to make long story short, I asked if instead of making that same style, if I can give them the style that I want since they were going to do it up from scratch. Andddd they said yesss, omg I couldn't believe it. The dress came on time a day before my birthday and it fits me just perfectly. I got a lot of compliments and I love love my dress. Thank you thank you Tabja, you're the best honestly

My experience has been beyond amazing! I ordered my daughter prom dress and it looks stunning! I ordered early thinking the processing time would take a while. Her dress was sent to me 3 weeks later. The quality of the dress is top tier. I asked them to match her skin tone and they did. I have no complaints about the dress or the service. The communication from beginning to even after the delivery was awesome. My daughter loved the dress and it fits her perfectly. No alterations needed.
