Beyond frustrated. I currently have a $400 paper weight. Ordered a suppressor 5 months ago, just got it 2 weeks ago and I still do not have all the components. Any email promises 2 weeks. ALSO STILL WAITING ON AMMO to ship. Pi hope to get something soon. Once these transactions are complete, so will any buisness with this company. You're odds are better shopping at publix for guns and supplies.

I bought some 357 tula steel case. looked corroded. jammed 2 different revolvers repeatedly. I tried calling customer service 3 times, no answer. E mailed 3 times no response. Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks. Selling defective ammo and ignoring complaints is unconscionable.

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order on September 3rd and as of today(October 22nd) I still haven’t received my order. I emailed them multiple times and get the run around. This company is terrible!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. They blatantly lie to you continue to lead you on. And just string you along. I don't understand why. What the hell's the point. I think maybe at this point I'll do whatever I can to try to have their FFL pulled. Maybe we should do a class action lawsuit against these idiots. Just really freaking irritating you wait so many freaking weeks and now months and they just string you along what the hell. These m************ need to pay. Think you can just keep f****** with people and getting away with it. I guess my next stop will be my lawyer. Anyone else want to join me in a lawsuit against these assholes.

Purchased "In Stock" NFA item 16 SEP. No movement, still to this day order is marked "Processing FFL" even though proper info was provided. Several update requests submitted via email with AI garbage responding. Nearly two weeks later, apparently Form 3 was subitted by FFL team. Requested cancellation of order 06 OCT but denied due to Form 3 being submitted. B.S. !
As the submitter, they can cancel or retract the form \ transfer. Purchased two NFA items elsewhere and received them within 1.5 weeks.
Avoid Tactical $H!t at all costs. I will be moving forward filing a grievence with BBB and bank to recoup my money.

I always order my ammo from Tactical S*it. They are a great and amazing store. I always recommend them.

Emails go unanswered, phone goes unanswered and spam emails goes up! Got to go to file fraud charges on my CC as they steal your money and nothing to show!

Ordered "in stock" item 7/8/26. After asking for tracking info 6 days in i was told that this item takes 7-10 business days to ship. Reached back out on 7/20 and was told it would ship 7/24. Shipping label was purchased on 7/24 and tracking number provided. As of 7/29 the shipping company had not received my package to ship. I get daily spam emails from this company 3x a day and nearly all of them advertise the same item I purchased as "in stock". Not sure if this site is a complete scam but it's certainly operated like shit. I requested a cancelation 7/29 and was told they would cancel order. Today is 8/6 and item has still not shipped and i have received no refund. I'll be calling Visa to file a claim. There are plenty of places to buy items offered by this company, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago. My credit card was charged even though the item didn't ship. I reached out since I hadn't received any updates and asked to have my card refunded since no action on my order was taken. I was told that the only 2 options would be store credit or pay a 15% cancelation fee which would be over $30. Neither of these options are going to work for me. I should have done my research on this website BEFORE placing the order.

After a month of dealing with this sorry excuse of a company I requested that they cancel my order, as it was out of stock, they wanted a 15% "restocking fee"! A week after not seeing a credit on my CC, I started a Chargeback on my CC. Judging from other reviews, it appears they make more money on cancellation fees than actual sales!

I have bought from tactical shit several times and I've never been burned but my advice is stay on top of them about shipping because you'll get lost in the shuffle if you don't bug them. Other than that Rachel with customer service always responds, it takes 2 or 3 days so be patient with her she will respond and from the reviews on here I'm guessing she's pretty busy. I don't mind the wait and I always find decent deals on their site so it doesn't bother me and they are legit for sure, just slow.

Shipping times are egregious. I can order something from China and it gets here in a week. Anything I order from tactical Shit only comes after I complain. I will not be using them again.

Hands down the worst company to deal with, poor customer service, price gouging and shipping delays. Other than that I rate the experience as similar to hitting your thumb with a hammer multiple times.

I order 300 blackout ammo 500 rounds of it and they kept say it will ship in a few weeks finally a month later they stopped responding to my calls and emails. However they kept my money. My credit card co went after them and they never heard from them. thank goodness my Credit card co reimbursed me. Because those bastards were going to keep my money and rip me off. Tactical shit my ass big ass shit theives.

Placed my order on 1/9/26, it is now 4/23/26, have not received my order. Emailed Rachel in February, she stated I needed to give them time to fulfill the order.
Same thing in March, she said they would be sending my order at the end of the week. Reached out on 4/22/26, stated that I needed my order by 4/24/26 or give me a full refund. Rachel replied "I suck", I will send you your refund. She was right they do "Suck". I will see if I get my money back.

I think their issue is inventory control ? If its in stock you get it quick if its not in stock they dont tell you and you wait and email for months........ Like me..... 4/6/26 still not here yet............

I thought someone stole my credit card when I saw an email about an order being shipped. That's how long these guys take to ship (quarter of a year). Avoid at all costs. Screw these guys.

Edit: Additionally, they flagged my review in attempt to remove it and Trustpilot (rightfully) restored it, since it didn't breach their guidelines. TS would rather scrub these reviews than improve to earn favorable ones. Shame on them

If I could give a lower score I would. This is the worst company to do business with EVER in my life. I order from reputable companies all the time without problems what so ever. This place is a scam in my opinion. I ordered many months ago and still getting the run around by their customer service (joke!). There are months of emails between us telling me the shipment went out or it will be here this week. All BS. I asked for a refund several times but NO that’s not an option. How can this company continue to screw their customers and get away with it? The few good reviews were made by them not customers. RIP OFF!

Order was delayed to the advertised end of wait times for shipping. Customer service found a replacement to ship within time frame. Went above and beyond to ship on time. Received product immediately afterwards. Excellent customer service. Will order from them again.
