Everything was great to start with, they caused a leak, fixed it but refuse to pay for the redecoration. Lodged a complaint with NAPIT which really isn’t worth the effort.

What a professional organisation from start to finish.
Ross and Leon started the plumbing installation and l have never seen any men work as quick, hard and tidier than them for 2 days. They were always so polite and helpful as we are 80 and 73 years old.
The Electrician Will then followed. We thought it would be installing a control box and plugging it in. No way, it was so much technology, another professional job. Can’t believe he knew how to connect all those cables. Clever bloke.
Communication with the office was prompt, efficient and friendly.
Tim, Jamie, Charlie and Kelly were very informative and supportive. Sorry if we missed someone out.
We highly recommend Taggas.

I had a heat pump fitted by TAGGAS and from start to finish the service changed!
I did not get what I was quoted for and even though I have complained I still have not got the work completed correctly.
Jamie offers an amazing service however does not provide what has been agreed. Tim (owner) seriously is not a good at managing his company and agrees to services yet does not provide these.
Do not use this company… you will be extremely disappointed and left in a position where you have paid for a service you do not receive.

Taggas recently installed an air source heat pump at my property. While the installation was not without its challenges due to an issue with the equipment, which has continued over the past few weeks, Taggas could not have been more helpful throughout the process.

The team, led by Tim, have been nothing short of excellent. They are polite, courteous, and consistently generous with their time — even during the after-sales period. This level of customer care is rare nowadays and truly deserves recognition.

A special mention goes to Kelly in the office for her swift and efficient handling of any issues, as well as to Josh and Jack for their outstanding attitude, professionalism, and clear pride in their work.
I would highly recommend this company — 10/10.

Not that good not a care in the world the way they left the house there Survey did not do any justice (I never saw it) and the mess they left the property??? £7.000 to put it right... Rubbish

The good: Unlike other installers, TAGGAS listened to what I wanted and worked with me and supplied the solar system components I wanted. The work was completed efficiently by a good crew who kept to agreed dates and times. As for the air source heat pump, initially the wrong equipment was delivered, but was quickly rectified without question. Office staff are always cheerful, helpful and usually available when called.
The not-so good: Unfortunately the heat pump supplied is not so smart and lacks some features, in particular an app. I would not have agreed to this if I had known beforehand. I was also a little surprised at the lack of information as to how to optimise the system and the apparent lack of need to balance the radiators post install. However, the system is working and I look forward to monitoring its performance over the winter.
Overall I would recommend TAGGAS and I would have given 4½ stars if it had been possible.

Taggas fitted an air source heat pump at my property. The service I received during the installation and just over a year later following a small issue has been excellent. The way in which a company deals with inevitable problems is a reflection of their business and Taggas has done exceptionally well. Thanks to Kelly and Callum for their great communication and efforts.

We have had an air source pump installation and from the first contact to the aftercare and at every point in between , Taggas has been superb. They are very thorough, very professional and caring of their customers. The engineer in charge of our installation did an excellent job, keeping us well informed at every stage .

I recommend this company, Francis and his team did a perfect job of plumbing my heating system.12 Heaters, Air pump, all the pipe work through this old house. At the end of the 3 days everything was set up and ready for use, I now having heating.

A great experience from start to finish. From the initial survey by Charlie & Tech survey from Paul, the system was fully installed less than eight weeks later.
Installers Luke, Leon, Keegan & Reece made a very tidy & professional job of fitting the heat pump & loft cylinder despite the very warm weather conditions.
Kelly at the office kept me updated at all times & the whole installation went very smoothly indeed.

The whole process from initial enquiry to installation went very smoothly. The salesman clearly explained the system and how, it would work, the surveyors and installation team did a great job and were in finished in under 3 days. There was s slight issue with an incorrect thermostat being supplied, but this was rectified quickly. At this time of year we obviously do not need heating, but the hot water is working fine.
