This is the first time that I wish I can give a negative rating. All the things mentioned in one-star reviews are soooo true. It is buggy. Nobody cares to help you yet they charge annually and they do not refund. I am so pissed because it feels like a scam. They cannot provide the services they promise...

it has more than you ever thought you needed
I have been using tailwind since about 2018 i think and it has been so amazing to see them grow. They now offer plans other tools and SEO to help you grow your business on social medias. my favorite way to use tailwind is with Pinterest because of the automation and ease of use. It can get overwhelming at times but follow their guidelines or take a course on it and you will be just fine!

Very clever service
We had a few technical issues, but the company worked with us to provide a satisfactory solution. I didn't get a chance to try out everything, but the app looks to be on the cutting edge and if we're in need, we'll be giving it another shot.

What I was looking for
I like that everything is right in front you and you don't need to look hard for how it works. There is still a learning curve but at the end of the curve you have 20 post secheduled. Also I like the accounts that it manages Pintrest, IG and Facebook.
