Platform is easy to navigate and the prompts save me so much time in my day/process of executing my marketing activities.

This app is easy to learn if this is your first social media manager. It helps plan out your soal media campaigns throughout the month and gives suggestions of what to post next if you need it. I have been very happy with the features of the free version of Tailwind

Since my previous one star review has been removed I’ll resubmit it again in the hope it will inform others about the underhand dealings of this company.

Basically the review below this one hits the nail on the head. I’ve not used the service for many months, didn’t receive a reminder it was due to auto renew and subsequently couldn’t get a refund. I’ve been charged over £100 for something I’ve not used!!

My bank have added them to a block list so if they try and take payment again they will be stopped and reported.

Last time I wrote a review someone from the company responded and said they would look into my concerns. Total joke as they never responded to the email I sent with further info - they obviously just wanted to try and look proactive on here.

Would also like to know why my previous review was removed since it was all true.

If I could give zero stars, I wholeheartedly would!

I canceled this service prior, only to find out they've still charged my card.

In talking with SEVERAL others in large FB groups, this appears to be a regular thing. Not only will they charge you after you cancel, they will "hack" expired cards and figure out a way to charge those, too.

To make matters worse, if you've been a long-time user, you can NO LONGER cancel online (not that it seems to do any good anyway). There is NO WAY for me to cancel without emailing them. I've contacted my bank, and the ONLY way to prevent this fraudulent activity is to get a whole new card with a new number. WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT? It's likely the route I need to take based on how much I trust them. HOW RIDICULOUS!!!

This is one of THE MOST unethical companies I've ever come across. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I have been a Tailwind user for 4 years now and it just keeps getting better! There are constantly added features that makes Tailwind so easy to use. I love Tailwind Create and now with the extra AI feature, creating pins and social media posts is a breeze.

I wasn't a fan at first, but the more I implement Pinterest into my content and marketing strategy, the more I see Tailwind as the same! Love the ideas, ease, and creativity that Tailwind provides me!

Tailwind saves me time as a business owner and it helps me reach a new and friendly audience.

I find tailwind easy to navigate. I enjoy being able to add my entire months pins in one sitting. I use the Create feature often as its full of designs that work well with my shop. I used Canva to create my pins for years but recently switched over to Tailwind Create for all my shop pins.

Horrible! This software is extremely glitchy. The customer service is friendly but not knowledgable. I was told glitches couldn't be fixed (ie. In the email campaigns my sender name was "my name with a whole bunch of numbers behind it"), then two weeks later someone would respond with a solution that had been readily available the entire time.

I used the entire 2-week trial and still did not have a working system. I complained about how long it had taken to get things running due to slow customer support responses - the complaint it was ignored.

The design components are glitchy and finicky.
The email campaign system has major flaws.

BE AWARE: You can download your contacts into the system via .csv but you can't get them back out.

I had really hoped this was the solution I was looking for but the glitches just kept coming and the frustrations kept mounting. In general, a very unpleasant experience with this company.

I enjoy using Tailwind. It saves me a lot of time and it makes it super easy to create great looking posts.

Fantastic software makes Pinterest so easy.

I’ve tried 7 of the main, well known scheduling apps in the past few weeks, attempting to find the right one for myself and my SMM to use.

my conclusion is that Tailwind is pretty terrible. Asked for a refund, told by customer service it looks good for a refund, then I’m told no refunds. I really needed a refund so I could use those funds to purchase a subscription with another scheduler.

It does all the basic things that every other scheduler app provides. There is nothing special or outstanding that sets it apart. My main issue is the box that continually provides hashtag suggestions. Now I know that they are getting this info from IG, but having terms related to *racism, self harm, death, extreme violence, and disturbing mental health issues* being suggested as hashtags, I was seriously put off the site.

they also happily let you use any and all of the banned hashtags (use them enough and you can lose your account).

I contacted the customer support and while in the beginning the offer of a refund seemed good and soon on the table, the moment I showed a screenshot of those gross hashtags, I was told their policy is no refunds. it’s so disappointing and frustrating, I’m a small business who doesn’t have the money to throw around. I really needed a refund so I could use those funds to purchase a subscription with another scheduler.

I spose they’ll keep my money and I’ll cancel my account 🤷🏻‍♀️ real nice, Tailwind 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I didn't find the tool useful so I turned off auto renew. I was not sent an email ahead of time or once I was charged, but they still charged my card. When I contacted them they said they do not offer refunds in anyway even though they shouldn't have charged my card. I had to block them from charging my credit card by calling my credit card company and put in a fraud claim. I do not Tailwind them based on this.

I signed up to an annual plan last year. There was no indication that this would auto renew nor did I receive a 30 day warning that the subscription fee would be withdrawn from my account.

According to legal guidelines the company is supposed to warn that an automatic payment has been set up and details of when it be withdrawn. Tailwind claimed they sent this but in the screenshot they sent the warning was buried in amongst marketing blurb - again against legal guidelines in this country.

I have alerted the company to all of this and they say they will not offer a refund.

I am deeply unhappy with this underhand way of selling.

Please be aware if you sign up with them they will continue to take money from your account with no warning.

If I had received the warning as they claimed I would have cancelled immediately.

The fact the company doesn’t bother responding to all the one star reviews below which highlight their underhand method of doing business tells you all you need to know about them.

Update: I emailed Carrissa from the company as requested below. Three days later and still no response. Shockingly bad customer service yet again!
