Be careful with this company, I guess I should have expected it though. I have been with Tailwind for several years, but it has gone downhill. They've expanded too much, too quickly, and now the last year I've had a lot of issues just trying to schedule Instagram posts. That's all I ever wanted from this app. Now they have a bunch of other features I don't need, increased the price, and I talked to them a couple months ago and let them know I wanted to cancel. They were fine with it, but unfortunately my request didn't go through. I was charged on December 1st (a weekend) and contacted them immediately. Oh, and did I mention the price went up over 50%? I was patient, but I didn't hear back for over a week, then they informed me that they just don't give refunds. They asked for proof of my interactions, so I sent them all the emails. They said that all my issues were "short term" but every time I found a bug or posts didn't work, I needed to email, send it screen shots and screen recordings, and the response was mostly "it's just Instagram, there is nothing we can do." Very poor response. So as a small business owner, please be very cautious with your money and know that this company doesn't care if you're happy with their product.

I have been using Tailwind for over a month and love it!! It helps me grow my business and recognition with quality stock photos and AI. It sets up a schedule for social media posts and emails. When I needed to make a change to one of my accounts, I reached out and with in 5 minutes someone responded, helped me make the change I needed and it was easy!! I love how they give you more than just 5-7 credits for AI use and they renew each month on the FREE version. You can purchase more, which I may do eventually as my business grows.

I don't remember ever signing up to their email list, but since the last month, I've been bombarded with several spams from them. I've unsubscribed, contacted them and reported it as spam, but I keep receiving their "promotions."

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Specially cool for people with ADHD. I find myself every morning logging in just because I want to! I don't even need an alert to check, and that's a first for me, Miss Alarms. Just try it, honestly.

The time spent on ads for Instagram and Facebook was well worth it Allocating a few hours every week to provide fresh information to customers..

Tailwind is time after time the best Pinterest scheduler.

I have been with Tailwind for some years now and it can provide any pinterest pins/wisdom from my lived life experiences over the years, for those who can benefit, with great ease. It is nice to know that sometimes when the right teachings are in harmony with the student - that tailwind can bring the two together. Thank you, i really appreciate it.

I had not used Tailwind for a long time so it was the last thing on my mind. They send emails twice a month and I ignore them. They're always campaign summaries or similar. Recently, in October, they sent an email with the title: "See what you've accomplished in the last year at Tailwind!". Assuming it was summing up the year as we come to the end of 2023, and since they're always sending summaries, I ignored it. Even if I'd only seen the first few lines, I would have assumed it was simply a summary of the year: " Did you know you can always see how your profiles are performing and check your recent and top performing posts? BTW - did you know we fully rebuilt our Tailwind Create content generator recently? 👀 It's faster, more effective, and saves our members more time than ever, which will make your next year easier than ever. You've been marketing your business with Tailwind for a long time now! Don't forget to check in on all that growth."... the email then slips in one line that the subscription renews in 30 days. Nothing about how much you'll be charged, or how to cancel. It feels EXTREMELY deceptive and like they're hoping people will miss the fact that the renewal is happening and accidentally pay. This happened to me. I acknowledge I shouldn't have missed the date, but why would I assume an email about the year's accomplishments was about my renewal?? I contacted them immediately to point out that I'd never been informed about the renewal and they copy-pasted the email. Lousy customer service. I run an extremely small business with a membership, and if one of my customers contacted me to say they felt like they'd been deceived into paying for another year, and hadn't been notified, I would apologise, use it as feedback to clarify my messaging around renewals, and refund them. But hey ho what do I know, maybe I should just sneakily renew my memberships for a year, burying the notification in what looks like another summary email. Just be careful - if you don't want to renew, it won't be obvious when your renewal time is coming up, and they won't give a damn if you didn't want to renew because they already have your money.

I am new to content creation, so it was refreshing to see that Tailwind was relatively easy to navigate for new users. It didn't take long before it was up and running for me without much effort. The content suggestions were a nice BONUS!

Easy way to schedule pins at pinpoint times to get the most exposure. This frees up my time to work on product development. Thank you for this tremendous time-saver!

So many design avenues!

I've been using Tailwind for a year or so now, and I love it. It allows me to stack my social media posts in Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook all at the same time, and I can schedule them seamlessly. That way, if I get busy, go on holiday, or just get lazy, I still have good content posting on a regular basis. Can't express how much this has helped my small creative business.

Total game changer. If you aren't using Tailwind you're working too hard.

Great app to get your site and presence known.

I reconcile my credit card statement each month in a timely fashion and sometimes catch things that need fixed. This time it was a $170 annual subscription fee to a service I was not using TAILWIND I contacted them within 20 days and they could of course see on their end that I had not logged in in ages. I found this service frustrating, confusing, complicated and I stopped using it. Most importantly once they charged me a $170 renewal and I saw it on my credit card statement I asked for grace because I had not been using it all year and was told NO REFUNDS I find this is not the industry standard its like saying no returns even with the tags on within 30 days. It was a hardship to my small business during a difficult time.
