As others have reported, we cancelled the service years ago, but they keep charging our credit card. You can never cancel their service. I am now going to cancel my American Express account, which seems to be the only way I can make this stop.

Whenever I can't seem to think straight, I know I'll get my message across, using Tailwind. I'm also not a consistent user, so I love that I'm offered the flexibility of having free monthly credits to create posts at my leisure. I know that eventually I'll need Tailwind as I grow, and they offer fair pricing for membership upgrade. Definitely worth it!

Tailwind is one of those products you are not sure how to use. Once logged-in, you are innudated with options. But don't fear, Tailwind uses the best practices of social media to maximize your reach on Pinterest. You connect with like minded Pinnners. You share pins and see the magic happen. Its honestly worth the annual plan if you have a lot to post.

They charged a double of what my initial subscription was, even after it was cancelled. Be carefull and dont give them your bank details!

My pins get more views with Tailwind. And it's the only quick way to schedule my pins. I also like the marketing plan. And the AI is good too.

I cancelled my Tailwind account years ago, because it wasn't very good. I've just found out they've been charging my credit card every year since. I contacted support. They initially offered me a refund for the years they overcharged me for but have since told me they won't provide any refunds for transactions over 120 days old despite acknowledging they could see my cancellation request from 2021. Buyer beware.

Ordered my Tailwind order on 12/3 and received it on 13/3. Amazing delivery service. Ive used the Tailwind nutrition products on many adventures and have to say its great on the stomach all day.

Good place to schedule your social media posts across multiple sites like Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. Comes with packed features of AI and other helpful research tools all in one place.

Annual billing will send you a notification before it's up as well.

I switched to Tailwind from another social media app. Tailwind has reduced the amount of time I spend creating content for social media. Also, the ability to create images within the app reduces how much work I have to put in to connect with my audience.

I love the tools and features so far! It is well worth the money and is helping me better navigate the marketing for my brand.

I use it all the time and it's an absolute lifesaver. It saves me countless amount of time to create good images for my ista content. Been using it for years now.

I love this social media app. They offer great service from actual humans, go figure! While there is the human touch, they have an AI feature called Ghostwriter than you can use when you have a loss for words. I used to use another social media company and love Tailwind.

easy to use with a good user interface and the schedule work for a month

Use this company if you enjoy dropping serious coin for a suite of services that flat-out don't work, just to be told they "don't do" refunds.

Here's a rundown of the features that simply don't work (spoiler alert, it's all of them):

- AI generated content is never saved. Never. There is no option to save and no way to access old content. If - no, WHEN - the page glitches/freezes/reloads, your work is erased. Even more frustrating, you use credits every time you generate AI content, so regenerating the same thing over and over again make a significant dent in the very finite number of credits you have access to each month.
-AI generated content sucks anyway. The first maybe 500 words are new content, and content generated thereafter regurgitates content generated before. Remove all of the repeated text and you go from seven pages of generated content to a whopping six paragraphs of useable text.
-Hashtag recommendations are garbage. Write a post about, say, cascading style sheets, and the generated hashtags are about harry styles, gun rights (?), and soccer players(???). Rejecting these hashtags is useless - when the page randomly reloads (anywhere from one to ten minutes later) the rejected hashtags are back.
-Email templates don't save from the automation framework. Email templates that do "save" from elsewhere in the app are always blank. Email templates, in sum, don't exist, so creating a funnel or drip campaign requires starting every email from scratch, every time.
-Speaking of from scratch, you can't access your brand colors from within the email creation page, so you have to memorize a half dozen hex codes to create any branded content. WYSIWYG editors in 2002 managed to figure this out, but the devs at Tailwind just stay confused and sucking their thumbs.
- Social feed constantly loses drafts of instagram and pinterest posts.
- Social feed generates errors on autopost at least half the time.
- Design templates for pins and posts are a straight-up joke. Absolutely hideous.
-Suggested content calendar, regardless of the parameters you define for your company, are 100% tailored to Seneca Crane-looking wannabe fitness gurus with their baseball caps and eggplant emoji mics, or blonde blowout MLM Mormons shilling snake oil and thinspo nonsense. If you want to run a credible agency generating real thought leadership in any other space, you'll be sorely disappointed.
-Any emails, screenshots, or videos of bugs are "sent to the dev team" and NEVER resolved. NOT ONE of the bugs I reported have ever been fixed - we're two months into this service with a few dozen emails back and forth and are still unable to use basic features.

Garbage company that bilks consumers out of hundreds of dollars and hides behind a no-refund policy so they can sit on your money until you cancel. RUN.
