Tajima Direct Reviews

Amazing customer service from Tajima overall. I emailed Jacob prior to ordering and he replied ASAP. I received the lenses quickly and I ended up sending my frames over to them because it was difficult to change them myself. They turned that around in a few days and the lenses are great!!!

I had the best experience purchasing from Tajima Direct. I was made aware of the brand through a mutual connection and immediately had to get my lenses re-done with Tajima's product on my favorite pair of glasses. I appreciated how efficient and seamless the process of receiving the Tajima box and shipping label was. Then, I was able to place my lens order and have my final product mailed back to me and I have never been more satisfied with an eyewear business. Regarding the lenses, this product has changed the game. The polarized mirrored lenses that I order are perfect for everyday and have elevated my experience wearing my favorite pair of sunglasses. Thank you Tajima Direct Team!

My wife is thrilled with the look and clarity of her new polarized prescription lenses. The process was quick and easy and service/follow up was great. Thank you Jacob and Steve.

I bought replacement lenses for my Maui Jim’s. These lenses are better than the original.

Honestly, the best lenses I've had on a pair of sunglasses. The vision is extremely clear and the polarization is unmatched. On top of that my Ray-Bans are now significantly lighter.
Jacob and the team were very reactive when contacted and the whole process was uncomplicated and quick.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Jacob assisted me in purchasing replacement lenses for my wife's Costa Fathoms.

I looked at other lense companies but decided to go with Tajima Direct. Jacob and his team did not disappoint. I will be a customer for life. The lense quality is stellar
Thanks Jacob!

New dimension of view, specially for sailing ambient! Feeling with Tajima lenses is much calmer for the eyes and in same time clearly sharping every contrast of the colors at the sea.
Also very important thing is amazing service of Tajima team!

Fast, Convenient and fit old style frames perfectly.
Would recommend to anyone with scratched or damaged lenses

I never thought I could find a company that could match any kind of lenses to any kind of frame. After receiving my prepaid box back in the mail, the quality of my new lenses are so much better than the lenses that I purchased my name brand shades with. The brown 15 gold mirror lenses compliment my Bottega Veneta frames so well. I am a forever customer. Thank you Jacob!

Service above and beyond what I expected. It's a rarity to encounter a company these days that truely cares about their product, service and price. I have already sent a second pair of glasses to be made into sunglasses.

Website is easy to use and to follow prompts.
Return box arrived quickly and the replacement lenses look great.
Thank you!

Excellent lenses - perfect fit and simple swap out from my Oakley lenses. Also great response to queries. Highly recommended.

Put these in my back up glasses...needless to say they are now my go to glasses!

Thank you Tajima Direct for your guidance on getting the info you needed to process this order. Yesterday I happily received my glasses with the most amazing lenses crafted so beautifully in my frames. The shipping was fast and efficient. I have to say, I love the care you all provided to get such a pristine quality and workmanship. The lenses are perfect. Never before have I had such perfect progressive lenses and let me tell you my eyes feel the difference and are very happy too!

Just wanted to say thank you for putting new lenses in my sunglasses. It was so easy to do from start to finish. Excellent customer service and communication! Definitely will use you again. Color and clarity is great with your Lenses’s. Thank you!

Easy Success!
From the initial chat through the process of receiving a box and shipping the glasses, to getting the glasses returned to me, every step was simple! The continuous communication was appreciated and the quality of the new lenses is great! They even tightened the screws in the arms of the glasses! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to replace lenses.

I am very happy with my new lenses and most importantly that I was able to get them replaced without having to buy a new pair of sun glasses. I have had this same pair of Maui Jim’s for the last 7 years and I really like them. Thank you for providing this service and at such a reasonable price, especially considering what a new pair of sun glasses would have cost me.
