Very rubbish service & feel cheated by company..
Ruin our ocassion... they are fake..

Worst place to order. They cheat you. Took money from my account and never delivered the product. Beware of this fraud company

Same as others. Ordered gifts for mom. Not received. Emails and tweets have gone unanswered. Phone always goes to VM.

Not clear why Taj and Tata names are attached to this.

It is a very unprofessional & useless service. My brother had ordered cake for mother's day . It was delivered d next day & was rotten. We had to throw it away. For father's day , two cakes were ordered but not delivered till Wednesday . I called them up. They gave stupid excuses. I have asked them for a refund. It should be shut . They don't know how to handle d business & take orders

Ordered cake - never reached for 11th January. Tried calling number of times, phone goes straight to voice mail at all times! Email response is 'order cancelled' money will be returned - case closed! No apologies, only "advice". It has been more than 20 days (30th January), money has not been returned to my account. Tried emailing using the escalation email provided on site - email is disabled. Extremely disappointing! Possibly the worst online ordering experience ever, where are the managers? Do they have anyone at all overseeing the service?

Ordered a premium 1kg cake, instead got a tiny cake which tasted awful. They did deliver on time. Never going to order from here again.

The gift was delivered on time and it was the same as displayed.

I have used their service thrice so far and it has been a good experience.

As I live in abroad.Ordered fruits for my dad.He was not well..they delivered on time but the quality was not good and I felt I paid much more..its too expensive as compared to quality.

I am basically an Indian but have lived/traveled abroad for 15 to 20 years. I have used many companies to send gifts to my loved ones in India. Mostly they perform well in their services except for tajonline.com. I had used them previously couple of years before to send flowers but they had screwed up my order. Recently I saw a cake on their website which looked good. I ordered that along with flowers and fruits. I wanted to give them another chance. Oh, how wrong was I? They screwed up again! This time with the cake. It looked and decorated completely different than what showed on their website. When I approached them, they had the audacity to just give me this disclaimer note…

People like me, who are living far away from our families, trust companies like these to send our love to our families. This is how they loot our money and not deliver as promised.

Guys, do yourselves a favor. Go elsewhere, do not use tajonline.com. I have ZERO customer satisfaction with them.

BTW, the positive reviews that you see here are all either paid by tajonline.com or their customer service have written it themselves. Some of them talk about products that are not even sold on tajonline.com, go figure!

Very very bad, they are fake. Do not use tajonline.com please. I ordered surprise gift to a friend of mine and selected a delivery date, my order went through and my money got deducted but my friend did not receive any gift on selected date.I kept submiting requests or complaints But it turned out to be of no use. Money is gone, surprise turned out to be horrible shock. Please go with better website if you want better gifting exp!

I had placed an order for my mom's birthday and was in doubt about the website. Gifts reached the destination on time. I will send my next gift from Tajonline for sure and strongly recommend this site to everyone. Keep up the work guys.

I ordered flower and cake from Tajonline.com for my mom. She loved the cake. I would recommend to all my friends to gift from Tajonline.

After selecting a product from their Same Day delivery, they delivered it after 48 hours... And when inquired, simply answered, there was an issue at our end...
Not reliable at all...

I ordered, paid and it was clearly said it will deliver on the day but not.
It was a birthday cake and everyone knows how important is to be deliver on the day but clearly they don't bother too much to deliver on the day.
Even I called them and he assured me that it would be delivered on the day but it was a lie.
Also I sent a complaint email to which I never received any reply, such a bad customer service.
Then I have to call again next day to ask what was happened, and guess what .... nothing, he was just cool as nothing was wrong happened.
After 2-3 calls, paying full money, send emails then also they were late by more than a day and never sent an apology .... NOT WORTH IT

There website is also have problems when you accessing my account area.

I would never ever recommend anyone to use this website ever.

I ordered Birthday flowers - never received - customer service is not responsive. I was giving them a second chance - shame on me - I AM DONE WITH TAJ ONLINE. Terrible service.

They managed to get the cake and flowers there on time but that was it. My mom still hasn't received her gift basket and it's been 3 days past when they said it would be delivered by. When I try to track it the site conveniently has an error. Don't waste your time with them.

very poor service, ordered gift card on 31 march it never arrived, no reply to emails, no refund thus far.

I am unfortunate to write this review as I had ordered two gifts for my wife Order # 144524466512. These gifts was for her Birthday, which was on 24th. Unfortunately one Gift was delivered on 23rd which was not her birth day and another gift was delivered on th.
I am sorry to say but I was a returned customer and I was doing gifts transfer from 2009 and stopped in 2011 for similar issue. But even in 2015, I do not see change / improvement in process of this organization. There is major change required in Management and processes, because they never understood customer feelings. And they do not leave any chance to damage your own reputation. I am sorry but this was my last order and will make sure this words will get spread soon.

Not only does not deliver even with a 10 day notice period but promises made by customer service team are not kept. Avoid at all costs
